The location is A ok ,however, the room needs to have a repellent for small roaches and a rag for dirt wipes. But overall its A ok

Well from the moment we arrived, we were impressed. The location was perfect, within walking distance of all the major attractions. Our room was spacious for 4 pax, with a comfortable bed and a stunning view. The bathroom was modern and clean. We will definitely be returning and Would definitely recommend!

The location is fine coz its near MOA but the service is terrible. The check in process was hassle since i need to wait 40mins even the check in time is 2pm. The staff was also rude

I would recommend this accommodation in Pasay since it is affordable especially when you book as early as possible .

Super accessible sa lahat ng kailangan mo like restaurant, massage spa, banks at near in MOA for shopping , yung room Good tlga ksi complete na pwde ka mgluto at complete kitchen set all u can do is bring food na lulutuin at kung my take out pwede mainit..Super nice ng place at ngustuhan KO super lawak ng Receiving Area/lobby nila at mabango at npaka accommodating ng mga guard & staff nila..I would recommend this place at I will comeback soon🥰🥰🥰

The location is good and the starbucks is just below the hotel. There are many food stalls nearby. And its just close to MOA

It was ok the room was ok, might need a little more cleaning maintenance, but so far the stay was ok. We got charged an extra though because of a period stain on the sheet which was a first for me, but so far if you’re on a budget it’s not too bad.

We stayed in a condominium for four days, and it was an excellent experience overall. The unit was very clean and well-maintained, making our stay comfortable and pleasant. We were fortunate to get it at a great price, thanks to a 50% promotional discount, which made it even more worth it. The location is incredibly convenient as it’s close to the Mall of Asia and essential establishments like convenience stores, restaurants, and fast food options. This made everything we needed easily accessible during our stay. The staff or caretaker was also very accommodating and easy to reach whenever we needed assistance. Their attentiveness added to the overall positive experience. Our entire stay was fantastic, and we highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an affordable and convenient place to stay. Definitely a great choice!

Too may roaches. Heater not working. Kitchen utensils are stored too high, knife facing down and outside! Could stab people when opening the cabinet. Picture is different from actual room! Did not issue receipt!

I recently had the opportunity to stay at Shore Residences near Mall of Asia (MOA), and overall, it was a pleasant experience. While the location is convenient for travelers, the noise from the airplanes taking off can be quite loud at times. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Just be prepared for some airplane noise during your stay!

The individual I spoke with exhibited a significant lack of professionalism, which was quite disappointing. Their approach was unhelpful and dismissive, making it difficult to have a productive conversation. Overall, the encounter was frustrating and not reflective of the level of service I expected.

Checkin was 2pm and i came in pass 2pm however there was no staff available to assist since their reason was there were only 3 staff and a lot was checking in as well. There were cockroaches. Furthermore, every person booked should be logged by their staff.

The place was good and clean. The host and staff are approachable and very accommodating. The washing machine and the microwave are not working so we were not able to wash out clothes and heat our food.
