Great Location, But Poor Quality Stay The best thing about this place is definitely the location. It's close to some of my favorite food spots like Estong (the best sisig ever!), Poy Pares (highly recommended pares), and Sauce Chef, which also serves amazing dishes. Plus, if you're catching a flight from Terminal 1, 2, or 3, the convenience is unmatched. For food lovers and travelers, the area is perfect. Unfortunately, the condo itself is a big letdown. The room was dirty, with towels that had holes and didn't seem properly cleaned. The air conditioning wasn't working well, making the room uncomfortably hot. Even worse, there were leaks coming from the ceiling, possibly from the AC unit, so you can't even use the table without moving it to avoid the drips. There was also a leftover box of condoms in the room—unclear if it was left intentionally or not, but definitely unprofessional and off-putting. The TV didn't work properly, showing a strong blue tint on the screen. The bathroom was dark, and the shower water was extremely hot, even when set to cold—making it very difficult to bathe. In summary, the only good thing about this place is its location. If you're just here for the food and proximity to the airport, you might tolerate it for a night. But for comfort, cleanliness, and proper facilities—this condo seriously needs improvement.

This is a wonderful condo, for an over night lay over. The room was comfy, having dishes, a rice cooker and kettle, soap, shampoo.. though we didn’t need to use it. The cons were no bottled water for the room, toothbrushes, coffee for the kettle, etc. however, for the price it’s reasonable. There are plenty of places around for water and coffee.. or if coming from a flight, fill up your water bottles at the airport before leaving. the spray that is sprayed randomly is a bit much, and very toxic. I could have done without that. bed is a bit firm. But I am used to that, so it wasn’t an issue for me. I like more on the firm side. the place was a little difficult to find, but another review said not to listen to the Google maps. It was right next to Popeyes. That is correct.. there is no sign that says it. They had someone lead us to the room after that. Staff was friendly. They have a few different buildings.. over all, for the price of the stay, and location to the airport.. it was a good deal! These pics are after our stay, we forgot to take pics before.

We chose this place because of my early morning flight at NAIA T3 the following day. Our stay was pleasant, with hot showers and all the necessary amenities. It’s conveniently located near various restaurants, fast food chains, convenience stores, and even pharmacies. I highly recommend it, especially if you’re looking for a place to stay before your flight. Although we didn’t get the chance to use it since we checked in late, they also have a swimming pool. The spacious lobby is another great feature of this place.

Location is great. It’s just that the hotel doesn’t have a sign which makes it really hard to find especially at night. Had to ask a security guard to eventually get there. It’s actually right next to Popeyes. Hope my review helps.:)

Nice room clean and friendly staff happy with the size of the room and the kitchen area good for cooking I suggest more lighting installed in the bathroom as it was a bit dark in there otherwise all happy thank you will book again soon

Easy access to airport ….. Resto,fast food chain or street foods,…. atm………..

If you want to stay in Pasay and is anxious on catching flights in T3, this is the best place for you. Walking distance to the airport and located in the heart of newports city.

Best hotel we booked on here so far, need namin mag extend pa so we made another booking since comfortable naman, very spacious and what I love the most are the windows. I don't feel good staying in a room without windows so thanks talaga for granting our request na ilagay kami sa may windows.

Bathroom is totally wet after taking a shower making it slippery and dangerous to use. Shower curtain isn’t doing much.

Value for money, but overall below my expectations. Location is good, got a lot of shop, restaurant nearby
