Hotel 101 Manila recensioner

Hotel is super convenient with its location but once inside my room, found the room not "ready". Remote controls for the TV and AC is not there so I had to call the front desk for same. AC also turns off by itself every 10mins, when I called for same and the technician opened the AC, found it was very dirty and I have to maintain 20deg Celsius and not below otherwise it will again give an error and turn off.

What I love about this hotel is that it is close to the Mall and to alot of other shops and restaurants!!!

We stayed in this Hotel for the first time and I am so happy I made a wise choice in choosing it among others. It has a convenient location and just near the Mall of Asia. There are also many surrounding shopping malls and food shops and restaurants. The staffs were amazing and the massage we had was great! I will definitely come back to this place☺️☺️

I request for a higher floor but they gave me 3rd floor at first i was upset being a frequent traveller but appreaciate later coz the room is very well maintained and when i asked for amenities that was quick and the bathrobe is new. Satisfied again

Beautiful hotel, great location. The area is not congested like the other hotels around Manila. Few minutes walk away from Mall of Asia. There's also other malls and restaurants nearby. Good security, courteous attendants and crews, always greets you with a smile. Pool is inviting, you should try it at least once. Many food selection for breakfast. Our room has a view of the city, beds are comfy, aircon is working neatly. We loved our 2 nights stay. Thanks Hotel 101.

Hotel 101 is the best location , If you want to explore and shopping in MOA , you are in the right place.. And their foods are fabulous. Highly recommended👍👍

Room is clean, near to the mall, free parking but we have to wait more than 30mins for the room key.

Cleaning was up to standard, and the room was cozy, complete with comforters for added warmth. The inclusion of a microwave, fridge, and a large TV made the stay even more convenient. Highlights: Comfortable Stay: The room was quite clean, soundproof, and comfortable, ensuring a peaceful rest. Excellent Location: Just a 10-minute walk to MOA, avoiding the hassle of parking. Jolibee is right next door, and there are plenty of nearby shops like Uniqlo and various food options. The area belonged to one of the nicer parts of Manila. Convenient Parking: Underground parking was available, even during the busy holiday season (I stayed from Dec 30 to Jan 2 without any parking issues). Amenities: The hotel offers a restaurant with decent food and reasonable prices, room service, a spa, a pool on the 2nd floor, and exercise bikes. High-floor rooms offer stunning views (attached are photos from the 14th and 15th floors). Room for Improvement: Wi-Fi: The free Wi-Fi was quite slow and unreliable, making it unsuitable for work or heavy usage. Pool Maintenance: The pool appeared slightly murky and had a strong chlorox smell. While I experienced no skin reactions after using it, better upkeep would improve guest confidence. Hairdryer: The hairdryer in my room overheated easily and broke multiple times—best used sparingly. Bathroom Drainage: The bathroom’s drainage could be better, as the floor often remained wet overnight after a shower. Service Information: A list of available services within the room would be helpful. I wasn’t aware of laundry options, shuttle services, or cleaning service time frames until I inquired at the front desk, which felt inconvenient.

towels were delayed. no rug was provided and the hotel itself seemed even more worn down than i remembered. i had a good stay here las time so i decided to stay here again with my family. extremely disappointing. the hotel staff were really kind though.

Room and staff all good. Except the process of check-in a bit delay..need to register at one counter, than need to wait and take a room key at another counter.
