Our stay at the hotel was truly delightful. The views were stunning, although it's a shame that the bay view has been affected by government actions. Despite this, our room was fantastic. My mother and family had a wonderful time enjoying the delicious food, the well-maintained amenities, and the refreshing pool. Breakfast was particularly great and yummy, adding to our overall enjoyment of the food. Watching the sunset from our room was one of the best parts of our stay. The hotel's location is perfect, being close to the mall and the bay, which made it easy for us to access everything we needed, from food to miscellaneous items. We had a well-spent Holy Week and definitely found it worth booking and staying here. Recommendation for future guests: Make sure to catch the sunset from your room – it's absolutely breathtaking and one of the highlights of our stay. Also, don't miss out on the breakfast; it's delicious and a great way to start your day!

Heard it’s the best as Manila so went ahead and booked it, indeed the service and overall vibes are pretty good along with the window view. However the sound proofing seems to be rather poor since you can hear the noise of traffic in your room at night, which affected my sleep

The Conrad Hotel met all of our expectations and more. The level of service is high and the cleanliness was superb. Marco and Lester from the concierge team, as well as the front desk staff, met all of our needs. One perk is that they have a nurse on duty if you feel sick. The carpets in the bedrooms were a bit old, but very clean. Our room was very comfortable and our stay was refreshing. The room was fully equipped with robes, slippers, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotions, toothbrushes, and everything else necessary to be comfortable. We had room service just about every day and they have a wide variety of food options. They also have local food, which made it easy to try a variety of Filipino dishes. The Conrad Hotel connects directly to the SMX conference center, and also the Mall of Asia. It was a very convenient walk from our room over to the conference center. The SMX conference center accommodated thousands, and there were other high-level businesses such as American Express hosting their own conferences inside the Conrad Hotel conference rooms. If you didn’t want to hear the hotel, the mall of Asia offers of a variety of restaurants, including Olive Garden, Chili’s , Shake Shack and more. The mall also has a ton of shopping and play places available for the children. Our children enjoyed the huge Toy Kingdom store and the Disney toy store. We would definitely stay at this hotel again!

The hotel's exterior is incredibly luxurious, exuding a low-key elegance upon entering the lobby. The staff greet guests warmly and warmly. The rooms exude a warm atmosphere, the mattresses are comfortably comfortable, and the bathtubs are clean. The staff handle various inquiries exceptionally well. The hotel's dining options were also excellent, adding a lot of color to my trip.

Nice place to stay with but a bit epensive🤭

Conrad Manila is always our first choice of hotel when traveling to Manila. The hotel is comfortable and easy access to Mall of Asia. Top notch service was another reason for the stay.

Overall experience is good. Staff are polite and welcoming. We appreciate the early check in. What needs to be improved is the cleanliness of the room. Some surfaces seem to have been overlooked as we can see some dust. (See photos). Sofa has markings too. Need to put attention to this given that this is a 5 star hotel.

The site was super amazing and the room service especially the staffs are polite and kind . The food was great, very convenient cuz anything you want is just around you,..so many stores and restaurants around the hotel. Very recommendable to anyone. Want to stay here again ❣️

Check in was smooth, and the hospitality was awesome!!! Love the efficiency of how they work to get my room ready even despite the check in time still has a few hours away… room was big and the amenities were nice! Love the toiletries at Conrad, thanks conrad manila … you’ve been awesome will stay the nxt time when im back to mnl!!! Great stay 🥰

I recently stayed at **Conrad Manila**, and while the hotel has its strong points, there were also a few areas for improvement. One of the best things about this hotel is its **prime location**—it is conveniently **connected to the Mall of Asia**, making shopping and dining easily accessible. Additionally, it is **close to Manila Bay**, providing scenic views and a relaxing atmosphere. However, despite its reputation as a luxury hotel, the **facilities feel quite outdated**. Some areas, including the rooms, could use better maintenance or renovations to match the high expectations associated with the Conrad brand. While the overall stay was still comfortable, the hotel would benefit from an upgrade to enhance the guest experience. Overall, the **location is a major plus**, but improvements in the **facilities and upkeep** would make a stay at Conrad Manila even more worthwhile.

Great experience with great smell from the lobby hallway to room. Very accommodating staff. With direct access to ikea and moa and with own mall s maison. Never a dull moment and not to mention the garden and great view of the sea view at the C lounge  and great variety of food for the free breafast. We went there to celebrate a birthday and passing the bar exam of my exam. They gave us free cakes and pastrie with free stuffed toy from my kid. Overall a great experience will definitely recommend.

A very average experience, unfortunately. Definitely the worst of the Conrad chain that I’ve been to yet. Feels half complete, with large empty spaces and staff wondering aimlessly around. For such a huge place, breakfast is congested and stressful. If you can afford it, then the members lounge is amazing, but then you’re spending even more money on what is already a significantly overpriced luxury hotel.

Room is good and clean. It’s so spacious. It has a nice view..
