Ace Hotel and Suites recensioner

Stay was good and we will be back again. Better to stay on weekdays maybe to avoid the crowd in the spa area. They have swimwear for rent with just a minimal fee. Maybe change the information that kids are not allowed because hotel confirmed they accept. But overall it was a relaxing and good stay.

We enjoyed our overnight stay especially my mom who was able to use the spa facilities...Breakfast is good ...Location is accessible...Staff well trained and mannered.. Planning to get back next year😍

We always come back to this hotel because the staff is friendly, the location is central, and the price is pretty reasonable. They also give free water spa access to their hotel guests!

The place is great and perfect for couples who want to relax and chill. The food is also good and affordable we enjoyed it and they have good service. Also, the view at the sky high bar is also perfect because you can enjoy your food while appreciating the view.

The place is good. However, the free pool access is only applicabel for a 4 hour use, and there is an additional charge for your kids. Staffs are friendly though.

Room is spacious but I notice a little cockroach in the bathroom. There is personal ref in the room but no bottled water. You just have to refill your water in the water dispenser near the elevator. Overall, its worth the cost since there is a free water spa for 2 and buffet breakfast are included.

Amazing

It was truly such a beautiful suite, with delicious food that perfectly suit my palate! The staff were all so nice and HONEST as well when they brought back an item of mine that I had left there. If given another chance, I will be coming back!

This is the second time we booked to Ace Water Spa. It’s relaxing to spend a weekend here once in a while. We usually book a room then go to the water spa. The breakfast buffet has a decent variety of cuisines. They also have a KTV located in the top floor. So after we park, before checking in, we reserve a room for the night because they’re usually fully booked if you go after dinner. They have a minimum order though if you book for a KTV room. Highly recommended if you want to have a weekend to unwind with family or friends.

Our room looks clean but it smells moldy. The pool was overcrowded and it doesn't look that clean to me as before. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is just right. The food is delicious but I wish there are more food options. The rest was good except for the smell of the room.
