Room 2311 bathroom sink is clogged and place looks really old Good service, especially the buffet staff No toothbrush provided

The lobby is modern and check-in is quick. Rooms are spacious and nicely decorated, but there are no free toothbrushes or toothpaste in the bathroom. Complimentary parking was nit available for that day as well. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the hotel has good facilities for meetings. Overall, it's a comfortable stay with a great location in Ortigas, despite the missing bathroom essentials.

It has super great location near to Asian Development Bank. The staffs were friendly and smiling. But the building was a little old. You can feel the very Philippine hospitality as they provided the three-bed room for a single guest like me.

we had to transfer to another room cause exhaust fan and induction cooker is not working. There’s small cocroach in the cabinet  😫😣😖😩

The hotel is ok. But i found a cockroach in my bathroom. Breakfast has choices and the only downside is they do not allow early check in

Booked here for my daughter's bday. Very accessible to the mall, restos and convenience stores. The staff were nice and approachable. We even have a room upgrade to deluxe studio. 😍 The room was clean and tidy. TV has a limited channel. The pool was great which my daughter loved so much! 😊 The only thing that annoyed us was the repair going on in the next room the following morning. We were awakened by the noise. Called up the front desk and requested if it can be put on hold since we will be checking out at 12nn, but the pounding on the walls continues... We ended up checking out earlier.

The hotel was already old but well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. Food was good. The pool was okay. The room we had was spacious.

Overall ok nman... good yong hotel for its price.. much cheaper compared to other hotel bit same good quality.. thanks...............

very spacious yung place. infairness malinis at malakas ang water sa cr. yung tv hindi namin nagamit. overall maganda naman experience. sa uulitin.
