This is a stunning 2 bedroom/2 bath remodeled home. The large front porch is cozy, made for relaxing over morning coffee or while sipping evening wine overlooking the the quaint and stylish downtown neighborhood. The house is located on the gorgeous and prestigious 13th street. 13st is a dead-end so there is no through traffic and it boasts an extra wide street. The neighborhood is quaint and quiet. Don’t be surprised if you see deer grazing in the front yard!! Walk just 2 blocks to historic and beautiful downtown Paso Robles square for Breakfast or enjoy a scenic walk for Dinner after a day of shopping or wine tasting. This is a premier location , you won’t be disappointed AND you won’t have to worry about parking downtown!! The yard boasts a sparkling pool made for dipping or wading with a cold drink in hand, perfect for afternoon sunning and relaxing. The yard is also perfect for an evening BBQ with built in outdoor kitchen, complete with sink, burners, fridge and gas BBQ. There is a back covered porch with lounge chairs just made for relaxing the afternoon away. The house has a large fully stocked kitchen to make meal preparation large or small a breeze with conveniences galore! Kitchen is complete with a drip coffee pot and a Keurig pot, pods, creamer and sugar available. If you prefer to brew a full pot of coffee in the drip pot, bring the coffee of your choice, a coffee grinder is also available for those you like fresh ground coffee. Kitchen complete with pots/pans, flatware, glassware, serve-ware and a selection of oils & spices. The attached breakfast bar, dining area and family room is all combined making it the perfect spot for family and friends to gather and enjoy each other’s company while the chef in the group prepares a simple breakfast or a special dinner. Family room has a gorgeous stone gas start fireplace. High speed WiFi, Smart TV with Roku only, access to Netflix and Hulu, via your own account sign in. There us a circular sofa just made for relaxing! There is recessed lighting with dimmers, and ceiling fans in every room,. Central A/C, decks, patios, comfort galore! Bedroom 1- is bright and airy with double doors leading to the back deck and pool area. The Cal King has a sleep number mattress, luxury linens, down comforters, upgraded pillows, cozy throws and quilt. Walk in closet with full length mirror and plenty of space for wardrobe and luggage. Bathroom has a large luxurious shower, deep soaking tub with jets, and double sinks, ceiling fan snd recessed lighting, sling with bedside nightstands and lamps. Bedroom 2, boasts a queen sized bed, with luxury lines, cozy pillows, comfy throw and cozy comforter, as well as stylish furnishings, large closet and a bathroom just steps down the hall. Bathroom 2 is large with a tiled shower/tub combo, single vanity and sink with extra cabinet space to stow away travel necessities. The dipping pool is small enough for the sun to warm it nicely during the hot Paso summer and into fall months. *Since the current COVID-19 outbreak is front & center on everyone’s mind, we want to reassure you we are taking every precaution to provide a sanitary environment. This home is thoroughly disinfected during each cleaning. All frequently touched surfaces such as door knobs, light switches, counter tops, appliance handles & tables are disinfected after very guest. The house is equipped with hand soap, disinfective spray & single use kitchen sponges, bar soap & showers supplies. We care about your safety and comfort. The property, like most in this beautiful downtown neighborhood is zoned for two residences. There is a second studio on the property with a separate alley entrance. There are no shared spaces. Please note before booking: We have a STRICT no secondary guest policy… meaning no one other than the registered guests are permitted on the property or in the house at any time.
