We had an amazing 2 nights with my family at Hotel Uga Bay Passikudah. Excellent hotel on a prime location. Customer care manager at front desk was very kind & friendly & helpful as well, rest of the staff. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The restaurant excellent service & the food was delicious. The staff were so lovely and welcoming. We look forward to returning in the future.

It was an excellent experience as a family vacation at Uga Bay. Rooms were extremely comfortable and luxurious. Food was amazing and the head chef was a nice guy always helping us and offered tasty foods. Staff is very nice and helpful always care about us. I am recommend uga bay as the best stay in Pasikuda.

Best hotel we have ever stopped in. Location is right on Pasikuda beach which could be compared to Maldives standards. We had a beach studio which was spacious and very comfortable, with a massive bed and seating area, I slept better than I have in years! We had fantastic views of the sea and beach. Food was outstanding we ate in the restaurant every night, set menu gave lots of options and variety each night, the food was always tasty and high quality! The buffet was only available a couple of nights but both times plenty of choice, delicious and top quality food. We also ate in the beach restaurant most days which was great value for money and food and cocktails delicious! Beach was regularly cleaned so it was immaculate, white sands and clear blue water, ideal for swimming! Pool was spacious and clean and we made good use of this too! The staff are a credit to Uga, there was not one person from the gardeners through to reception staff who wasn’t pleasant and polite, always with a friendly welcome and smile, the service was absolutely outstanding. We have travelled to many different countries and without doubt this stay has stood out above every other and is going to be hard to beat! Thanks to all at Uga Bay for making our stay so special!

It's an astonishing location covered by Eastern Sri Lankan sea which is the most iconic blue and shallow waters in Sri Lanka. We made an early reservation for a full board stay at Uga Bay and it's a priceless experience among the other resorts in Pasikuda area. Mr. Neranjan the GM who manages the property is doing an excellent job and was the most hospitable person and he greets the guests personally irrespective of the nationality - and the well-maintained property says how well skilled he is. The Head Chef Mr. Dinesh who is a super talented person again with a beautiful soul. He carves skilled international to Sri Lankan Authentic cuisine to match pallet and the eyes.. Most importantly he just doesn't rest afterwards, he walks around the restaurant floor and personally care for the guests who taste his cuisine. His international cuisine talents are a far beyond the best outcome that I haven't even seen from several high skilled chefs around the globe. The beauty is it attracts the attention of a lot of foreign nationals specially European and American guests. The location is astonishing and widely kid friendly. I traveled with two of my nephews and they enjoyed their life to the best, also with the care of super friendly staff members.. In my perspective Uga Bay is getting more attention from Foreign Nationals mainly due to the hospitality talent from the staff, quality and well-blended cuisines, as well as the astonishing location with breathtaking relaxation by the white sand beach and blue sea. Pool facilities are also in great condition and both Deep and Kids pools are heated. Walk distance beach is essentially cleaned well and very privately calm as well. Don't forget to experience the swing by the beach with your loved one! They offer safe parking with valets. Check-in and check-out process was very fast and easy to locate the rooms inside the property. It was only one night with my busy schedule but enjoyed it very with long lasting happiness - truly deserved holiday for my busy life and Uga Bay did it well! They bid farewell to us with a small token of gift at the end, was super cute and heartwarming..
