Travelling from overseas is exhausted n sleepy n etc. Once arriving, no one help you with the luggage. Reception staff give the plain access card to room, without the cover. Staff at reception I don't even remember his name, staff here is not friendly at all.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was impressed by the exceptional service and modern amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

We recently stayed at Sukajadi Bandung Hotel for a family trip, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The swimming pool is a highlight—perfect for kids, who really enjoyed their time there. The staff were very friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel’s location is convenient, with easy access to local attractions, shops, and restaurants. As for cleanliness, it was decent but has room for improvement, especially in some common areas. All in all, a great family-friendly choice! Giving it 4 stars for the experience.

Staff not helping much, will never come back! Water pressure too slow.

Although the hotel lobby looked very nice (decorated for the festive season), but the rooms was terrible with poor lighting, very smelly towels (smell of wet socks), bedsheets has stains though smell reasonable nice. Stain covered toilet , clogged bath area and poor amenities presentations (toothbrush even though in plastic cover was just chucked on top of the sink). Soap was watery . Huge mosquitoes can be seen flying everywhere in the toilet and in the bedroom.

I had a frustrating experience during my stay. The signal in the room was very weak, making it difficult to use my phone or get any work done. The Wi-Fi was incredibly slow, which only added to the inconvenience. Overall, it made my stay quite uncomfortable, and I was disappointed with the lack of reliable connectivity. I highly do not recommend this hotel for business travelers, as the poor internet and signal issues make it difficult to stay productive.

I dont like the toilet... It is small n the shower was unadjustable... Need to wait for hot water... The floor was slimy...

Stayed here with my parents and kids, great location close to Nara and Paris van java and only 15mins from Pasteur tol gate. Have stayed here before and will stay here again, great value for money
