The unit was well appointed and comfortable and had beautiful sea views. Coming from a small safe town where we keep everything open, we felt very uneasy having to close doors, windows, and shutters, and bolt everything every time we went upstairs or out. But, we suppose city people are used to this and its the price one has to pay to have the beachfront view that everyone loves.

Absolutely fantastic. You can’t ask for more… Nieuview has it all. Excellent location, amazing views, top notch appliances, plunge pool… I could go on and on! This is what I call holiday. The only thing that we’ve missed was a shower in the unit that we’ve stayed in, but the view from the bath made up for it.

Excellent stay. Cosy and stylish. Refrigerator storage needs attention though. We lost a very expensive bottle of wine.

The large property look out over the ocean and you can view stunning sunsets from your bed. Great self catering facilities and a large room with a lounge separating the bed in the open layout from the kitchen, Lovely fireplace, however the fire caused some smoke in the room. Beautiful bathroom. The only complaint is that the tiles are very slippery when wet.

A slice of heaven. Lovely staff, so friendly and welcoming. The view was next level. There was everything we needed in the kitchen and the indoor braai place was a bonus. Thanks for hosting us.

We stayed at Nieuview, Penguins Nest. An absolutely dreamy four days. The host met us on time and escorted us on a detailed tour of the unit. The Ocean was literally 50m from our front door, and the scenery, accommodation spot on. Do yourself's a favour and also try book a show at Koelkamers, a Paternoster delight.
