Food - very bad
No water bottle
Charged breakfast bill even no breakfast taken
At night around 11.30 they ask me to wake up and come at reception to sign a paper

Food is not tasty oily food , not listen any words to the customer. I m resqusting them that I have not done any breakfast but they don’t want to listen. Staff at night asked me to come at reception at 11.45 and sign the papers. No complimentary bottle and other things in room.

Location is good, but if one has more luggage, then please note that it is on the 2nd floor, and in odd hours, you will not get the lift, and no one will be there to assist you.

We had a lovely stay at hotel windsor, great view and amazing hospitality and the food was phenomenal. The staffs were so kind and gentle, we will really appreciate the hardwork of staffs . Room was very clean and my attendant really took my room on daily basis

The hotel has a good location, but the property requires maintenance. The room walls were damaged and needed repairs. Surprisingly, no complimentary water bottle was provided in the room; only RO water was given upon request.
The food quality was good, but the hotel should consider adding more variety to the breakfast menu. Additionally, the lift service was quite complicated and inconvenient.
I requested a room change due to my room being on the dark side of the 4th floor, but despite staying for four days, my request was not accommodated, even for a single day.
Overall, my experience was average.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at hotel Windsor and over all it was comfortable the housekeeping staff did an excellent job of keeping the room spotless the hote is conveniently located I would definitely recommend it and look forward to returning in the future. 4

The worst experience, 1. The way staff reply is horrible
2. The food quality is pathetic i ordered pane-er kadhayi, dal, roti it was a tasteless bill of 1100-
