Very bad services and rooms are very dirty and room is not good according to the price and food quality is also bad

Very good stay at the hotel, i found it through my makemytrip app. The location and service were very comfortable.

The geyser was not working, they gave a water heating rod, that rod was in pathetic condition, bedsheet was torned, it had big big holes.

It was good as per price. Everything was clean but room was small. Door-lock was not working properly.

I reached at 4:50 pm, 18th july 2024 at hotel. No proper cleaning (dust on tables, durty bucket and floor of bathroom, ac was not working in the allotted room that was worst in the hot weather. After complain, we shifted in single room and stay in this room over night. I left the hotel at 9:00 am, 19th july2024.
