Vardaan Hotels - PatniTop

Location is the best part of this hotel which is gondola station and view of pine trees with mountains in the backdrop. There are two wings of the hotel. We stayed in Hill View wing of the hotel. We reached late but staff was waiting for us for the check in at 11.55 pm. Our room had all amenities including tea coffee maker and complimentary mineral water. During the stay we relaxed in the lawns and sipped our evening tea on terrace during sunset 🌅

Stayed for a night with family & booked 2 rooms through makemytrip. Don't expect anything fancy as it turned out to be a budget hotel with very basic amenities..The rooms as depicted in their website or in the Makemytrip website are not the same. I booked the rooms in valley view new wing which were average cleaned..Dirty floor carpets .. the cups provided with tea/coffee maker were very dirty.. it appears that they were not washed since ages.. I asked for a replacement and it took them about 30 minutes to replace.. Even then I got broken mug.. There were no stirrer or tea spoons.. no tea bags. The manager had a very casual attitude about all these issues.. Food was average and also the services.. A good option for back packers or someone looking for budget accommodation... Don't compare this property with any good chain of hotels..

Enjoyed a lot at vardaan hotel located near to skyview gondola. Clean rooms and good service by staff. Weather in plains was at 39 degrees whereas there was drastic change in weather when we reached Patnitop. Temp. Was 18 degrees in the night and we had to request for blankets . Rooms have electric kettle and tea / coffee kits . Fridge to keep your beer chilled 🍻.
