With hotel fully booking moved us to other more cheaper hotel and not refund the gap it’s bad experience Be careful to booking

The hotel was over booking. There was no room for me when I arrived. The first night, the hotel gave me the old room, no hot shower and the toilet was broken which was not the room I've booked. GM of the hotel promised me that he will change the room for the 2nd night. But when I came back on the 2 night after count down event at 2 am, there was no room for me and hotel didn't no anything, only said sorry. I had to drive back from Pattaya to Bangkok at 3 am. It was very terrible and bad experience.

nice clean, inexpensive hotel, close to grocery stores. maybe we'll come back again😁

Nice hotel

Мне отель понравился, как и его локация. Все рядом, добираться удобно, нет толп туристов. Рядом удобная транспортная развязка. Сами номера чистенькие, просторные, не совсем новые, но очень даже ничего. Бассейн отличный. Впечатления от отеля только положительные, готовы вернуться сюда снов

很不錯的酒店，服務態度很好，酒店有個小泳池，也有停車場，距離海邊騎摩託車10分鐘左右，很安靜，對面就是79show的大樓，門前有個阿姨和叔叔的BBQ 很好吃！對面也有個711非常方便，喜歡安靜的可以住在這裏

Located between Pattaya Beach and Jomtien. The hotel has a car park which is conveniant since we arrived by car. There was 2 staff in reception when we arrived. One very friendly one, and one which was not friendly at all. We managed to get the name of the friendly one, as I always think good staff should get the credits they deserved. So our appreciation to Ben, she was great. The first room we got had no working aircondition. So they moved us to another one. On the last one, the water heater didnt work so they broight us a new one. Ben of course, was the one fixing all these issues. The other one didnt care at all. Breakfast was not included but it was pretty ok and not expensive. The bed and pillows was pretty much like most budget hotels, very hard. Based on location, price and service, would I recommend the hotel? Not really, I will for sure look for somwhere else for our next stay.

Отдыхали в январе 2025 (это первый опыт отдыха в Таиланде), 2 недели, 3 человека. + Отличное расположение + Вежливый персонал + Не берут депозит + Раннее заселение + Чистый бассейн + Работающий кондиционер + Шампунь, гель д/душа, мыло, ватные палочки - все есть + Есть чайный набор + чайник - Уборка оставляет желать лучшего, пыль на полках, под кроватями вообще никогда не убирались - Мелкие муравьишки мониторят везде (еду на столе оставлять нельзя, ее захватят )) - По одному полотенцу на гостя + общее для ног - В стандартном номере нет микроволновки, даже на ресепшене и кухне нам не помогли в подогреве ужина, - Во всем отеле не нашлось утюга 🤦🏻‍♀️, хочешь погладить - вези свой )) - Горячей воды нет, благо в номере был чайник, таз и ковш купили возле отеля (привет лето без горячей воды😅) - В шкафу 4 (!) вешалки, на троих - У нас был ранний вылет, попросили завтраки с собой, такой услуги в отеле нет Бассейн без подогрева, в январе холодный. Завтраки однотипные, выбор скромный .

ส่วนตัวชอบโรงแรมนี้มากอยู่ในเขตชุมชนก็จริงแต่สงบ เงียบดีมากค่ะ อีกอย่างก็เดินทางสะดวกสบาย ใกล้สถานบันเทิง และไม่ไกลจากทะเลมาก ทางโรงแรม็บริการดี พนักงานน่ารัก ยิ้มแย้มกันทุกคนดีค่ะ ห้องพักก็ดีค่ะแอร์เย็นหลับสบาย
