Roaches everywhere. Old dirty rooms. Book it if you want to hear boom boom in all the other rooms around you.

Not good location not recommended for families food is good staff is helpful but area is not good

The problem with this hotel is that they have hand wash close to bed that’s very uncomfortable. It was not that great stay for me but yes on that day hotel was sold out so we got that last room through trip.com

Not give the room which you book this is the second time i have faced the issue with this hotel in my 5 days stay i had to change 4 rooms because of the hotel have so many problems with every room so many insects and cockroach in room i had to complaint so many times than i was changed the room again in the other room the drainage was chocked so no water goes from the bathroom was flooded again yes changed the room this room the air conditioner was leaking water in whole room again they changed my room total in 5 days stay i had changed room 4 times when at checkout i said that you should better not harress the guest the duty manager was laughing on my worst situation and stay at the hotel manner less management dont ever stay at this hotel or your money is wasted

The hotel was very comfortable. The staff was also very friendly and polite

Not a very good experience. The room was dirty upon arrival. The daily cleaning was very poor, just fixing the bed and empty the garbage can. The breakfast buffet was good. The location was good but vey noisy. Will not return to this hotel

It's not a 5-star hotel, not cleaning some staff not friendly towels was old and dirty

Somehow the hotel give us twin bed instead of queen bed. We have to put two bed together but the housekeeper still do separately. Beside that location good, easy acesss to the beach and walking street

******* at front door, the hotel by car is closed off at night to the road as its on Walking Street. You need get out few streets away before you can check in. It's quite a hassle to lug everything around. There is extremely loud music til 2 to 3am as again it's by Walking Street, Pattaya. This is not a family friendly place at all. DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE!
