The hotel’s location is acceptable, and the facilities are fair, but the biggest issue was with the staff behavior, which was the worst part of my stay.
The breakfast was extremely poor. They clearly serve leftover food from previous days, especially on the third day when I noticed the same food being presented again. During breakfast, the staff spoke in Thai, so I used Google Translate to understand what they were saying. I personally heard them mocking the guests, commenting on who eats and drinks, and how much. This is completely unprofessional, especially considering that I am paying for both the room and the breakfast.
The room was cleaned daily, but the bed sheets were never changed. They provided old, torn, and dirty towels. Upon checkout, I was told that some towels were damaged or dirty and that I had to pay for them—even though they were provided to me in that condition.
Most of the staff cannot speak English, not even at the reception. Shockingly, I saw restaurant staff being moved to the front desk to handle guest check-ins. How can a hotel assign non-English-speaking staff to such a crucial position?
Honestly, I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. It was a very unpleasant experience, and I would not stay here again.
