Ärlig recension. Jag förstår verkligen inte hur de gav hotellet 5 stjärnor?! Det är inte ens 4, mer eller mindre 3 stjärnor. Hallen är vacker, uppdaterad, men man går upp på golvet och då börjar frustrationen. Nackdelar: dörrarna är gamla, färgen flagnar på sina ställen, det finns ingen balkong eller torktumlare (det är inte alls klart hur man torkar saker), fönstren är väldigt låga (farligt för barn), rengöringen lämnar mycket övrigt att önska (det var mycket kort svart hår i badkaret, på golvet, nära handfatet, och jag är blond med långt hår), inget hårbalsam, inga tandborstar. Fördelar: utmärkt läge, hjälpsam personal, stor pool och bra solstolar, rent linne och handdukar, badrockar, bodylotion, hårkam. Jag vill särskilt nämna den goda medarbetaren i lobbyn. En väldigt snäll kille, alltid redo att hjälpa. Han är också snygg och har en bra atletisk figur 💪👍 När det gäller frukost är intrycket blandat. Det verkar finnas tillräckligt med val, men det finns inga grundläggande nödvändigheter, särskilt för barn - kokta ägg (endast stekta), yoghurt. Men det finns 2 kaffemaskiner. Detta är definitivt ett plus! Om de fräschar upp renoveringarna i rummen och tar hänsyn till begäran, särskilt om torktumlaren, är det värt att återvända till detta hotell.

Detta är det värsta hotellet vi någonsin bott i Pattaya. Rummet är fult och dammiga gardiner och fläckiga kaffekoppar. Vi hittade en död tusenfoting på golvet i vårt rum. Det fanns en dålig internetanslutning under vår vistelse och korridorens mattor är dammiga. Det var mycket oorganiserat för frukostrummet. Vi kommer aldrig att lita på och rekommendera någon att bo på detta hotell någonsin!

Jag hade familjerummet som var det dyraste. Sängarna var gamla och hårda. Vattentrycket var dåligt. Värst av allt var den fruktansvärda luftkonditioneringen. Platsen var bra för stranden och 7/11

We had a lovely stay there. I love the location, close to sea, good restaurants, massage places etc. Breakfast was ok, the pool was fun... though I couldn't jump in. Though the building is a bit old, the vibe is nice.

Remember do not stay room 503 very bad smell and no ventilation. Overall okay on breakfast many choice.

Average 3 star hotel, no ironing board nor iron, beach in front was closed. Friendly staff but poor English skills.

Good location. Staff very friendly. Place is old but still in decent shape. Good breakfast. Room is tired. Needs a good refresh, but at least they do have clean sheets.

The service from the employees is good. But the facilities are not great. 1.TV cannot be used because the internet is not good. There was no correction. Notified 2-3 times. A technician came but couldn't fix it. 2. When there is a problem, the hotel does not solve the problem by changing rooms or anything. Everyone is indifferent to service. 3. If you go down to eat at 9:00 a.m. There is hardly anything left to eat, boiled rice, fried eggs, fruit. 4. The swimming pool and bathroom are dirty. The shower doesn't work. considered not ready for service This is my 2nd time staying. I brought friends. I felt very embarrassed. It was not like I talked to my friends.

The hotel was ok, nothing special. I expected more for the price of the room. The internet was not good, and did not work all the time, it was difficult to sign in. There was no room service menu availabe in the room, I had to go to reception to ask for one, and the meals offered were VERY expensive. There was no tag in the room saying "do not disturb/ please make up my room" again I had to ask for one. As a result of this the room was not cleaned on our first day. The tv did not work properly (only a minor irritation). Water pressure in shower was just adaquate. Breakfast was ok with a wide choice of food available. The swimming pool area was very good, my children loved it. I would not stay at this hotel again.

Our staying was during Songkran and I found that our reservation is changed by pen (to lower floor). So literally we were not happy since check-in. In G reviews, the friendliness of servicing staffs graded very low but we could not feel that much (it was moderate service). Conditon of the room is very outdate though but they are trying to manage well. I would not suggest to swim in the pool as it is not managed well. I got sickneess since I swam because it was packed with people durijg Songkran. Overall, very budget hotel and only considerated to stay only if you don’t have transporation.

Excellent! A beachfront hotel. We are 3adults with 2 childs. We booked a family suite room which located on 2nd floor. The suite room is beyond our expectation. It’s a renovate room, very clean and comfort. Air-con is very cold and we love it! The swimming pool is very big with nice gardening. All staffs are very good service mind, polite and helpful. There are many type of foods for Breakfast buffet, more than other hotels with same star. Weakness: The building itself is a bit old.

Good price for good location hotel with excellent service from staff at front. Welcome drink at the check-in point. Stay with friends in the room of 4, everything works fine, bed a bit hard for us, but 2 soft pillows/bed are OK. Breakfast is good too.

The location was excellent which was across the road from the beach . It is the quieter beach in Pattaya with a lot of nice restaurants and coffee places . The hotel was not really up to date . Bathroom a little old style . Breakfast was average . Some dishes were not hot and only white bread available with no jam . If you are a bacon person you will be disappointed . Gym is in a little room outside in the open near the pool . Limited facilities . The price was reasonable and I might go back unless I decide to pay more for a place .
