When we arrived the receptionist was on break so we have to wait. But the room is clean and spacious.

No running water in the bathroom sink, refrigerator didn’t work as well as the wifi. Other than that…

Counter don't have people serve, called customer service and after the the key from locker, after open the room and saw the room it didn't clean and the toilet is fking dirty, how can i stay? after talk with customer service again, they changed the room for us, but the room no water!!! How come this hotel management can so fking **** like that?!

We arrived late in the evening, feeling tired and stressed, but thankfully, the staff here were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. They quickly arranged a room for us, and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed after a long day of travel. The amenities were great, and the bed was super comfortable, allowing us to relax and recover from the day’s events. The location was also convenient, with everything we needed close by. Overall, RoomQuest provided a fantastic stay, and we were grateful for the friendly staff and cozy environment. I highly recommend RoomQuest Pattaya for anyone looking for a reliable and comfortable place to stay.

The worst part is no water in toilet. It's a first time to have a hotel like this. It's like a worst experience

Pour quality if you wantongor only sleep it ok. Towel dirty when check in.

Плюсы тихое место Минусы , нет вайфая телевизор без вайфая не работает , перебои с водой . За 3 проживания интернет не починили!!

โรงแรมไม่มีน้ำประปา พื้นห้องไม่สะอาด มีแมลงสาบ พอแจ้งเจ้าหน้าที่ก็ไร้การช่วยเหลือใดๆ จนต้องย้ายไปนอนโรงแรมอื่นตอนเที่ยงคืน คุณภาพไม่ได้เลย การบริการติดลบ ควรถอดออกจากทริป เสียชื่อมาก

Катастрофа с водой! Ее просто нет. Ни горячей ни холодной. И так постоянно. Приходится бегать и просить персонал включить ее ( что там у них сломано, я не знаю) . Потом вода появляется на полчаса, слабый напор и потом опять нет. Это ужасно неудобно, им нужно это исправлять

Отсутствует WI-FI и TV. Полотенца застиранные. В номерах повсюду паутина с пауками. Вид из окон на соседние дома, очень близко. Высокая слышимость. Из посуды два маленьких стакана. Есть шампунь, гель для душа, туалетная бумага. Горячую и холодную воду можно брать в кулере, на первом этаже. Кондиционер работал хорошо. Так же есть маленький холодильник в номере. В целом чисто, кровати удобные.Расположение не плохое.

ห้องน้ำ มีน้ำขังทำให้พื้นลื่น ตอนเช้าน้ำไม่ไหล ทำให้ไม่มีน้ำล้างหน้าและน้ำอาบ ไม่เตรียมน้ดื่มไว้บริการในห้อง ต้องทวงถามถึงจะได้ ตอนเช็คเอ้าท์ไม่มีพนักงานที่เค้าเตอร์ สรุปโดยรวม ยอดแย่มากๆ

บริการแย่มากเราไปถึงโรงแรมบ่าย2แต่ไม่มีพนักงานเลยเรารอจนเกือบถึงบ่าย3แล่วยังต้องมารอแม่บ้านทำความสะอาดทั้งๆที่เวลามีเยอะแยะไม่ทำมาทำตอนที่เราเช็คอินห้องไม่เก็บเสียงเลยปิดประตูทีได้ยินทั้งชั้นผ้าเช็ดเท้าไม่มีผ้าเช็ดตัวไม่มีตกกลางคืนเรากลับจากไปเที่ยวมาน้ำไม่ไหลแย่มากโทรไปถามก็บอกทำอะไรไม่ได้ต้องรอตอนเช้าทั้งๆที่ตอนเช็คอินมีคนแจ้งว่าน้ำไม่ไหลก็ไม่รีบซ่อมจัดการตอนนั้นเลยแย่มากครั้งเดียวพอค่ะ
