This hotel is absolutely wonderful and completely exceeded my expectations. The staff were all so friendly and helpful and always happy to go the extra mile. I asked the hotel if they could do anything special as I booked the trip for my boyfriend’s birthday. I was maybe expecting a slice of cake, but they upgraded our room for free and left some lovely decoration and cake on the bed. The bed was super comfy and we both slept really well. The room also gets very dark with not many switches or annoying lights keeping us awake. The shower pressure was great and they had lots of toiletries and amenities. The hotel breakfast was great with lots of choice, and the dinner at the hotel was also really tasty and reasonably priced. The location of the hotel is great with many cafes and restaurants nearby, plus it’s easy to walk to the beach. The pool is so nice to relax and unwind with a lovely view, and there is a lot of shade which is perfect when the sun is really strong. There are a few things that could be done to make the stay even better: 1. The hot breakfast items were always a bit cold, such as the bacon, eggs, potatoes and dim sum. We went at 6am when breakfast just started and it was even cold then, so it would be good to have some hot plates or heated lamps to keep it warm. 2. The shower and bathroom doors are all glass and, as far as I can tell, didn’t have a switch to make them fog up which is a little bit awkward. Make sure you’re comfortable with the person you’re with and tell each other when you’re using the toilet 😅 3. Dressing gowns are a bit small for us, would be nice if they could be bigger and comfier 4. The WiFi doesn’t stay connected and you need to keep reentering the password which is a little bit annoying 5. The room cleaning was a little bit slow. We left the room at 8am and turned the switch on asking it to be cleaned, but when we came back at 2pm it still wasn’t cleaned, even though the cleaners were just a few doors down when we left Overall, I would absolutely recommend this hotel. Stayed here with my girlfriend and had a great experience. I requested a birthday surprise — the hotel upgraded our room, decorated it nicely, and provided a cake. Very impressed. The room was luxurious, breakfast was great, and staff were polite and helpful. Minor issues: rooftop pool had algae and debris, and the bathroom had a musty smell with a slanted shelf. Overall, a memorable and enjoyable stay.

Friendly service staff. Good location. Price is good. With the "Sea view" room it looks like a dream. We will be happy to come back.

Very nice clean room, modern, stylist. Walking distance to Terminal 21 and the beach. Shops are definitely around and close by. The staffs are very friendly. Great view! Only problem was the bathroom, though it’s very pretty. Every time you shower, there’s a pretty much swimming pool in the bathroom. Everytime you go to the toilet you need to walk pass a pond of water so your feet wet everytime you go to toilet.

It was an absolutely amazing experience. The hotel made a room upgrade for us. The breakfast was great as well as the all staff. The hotel is located really close to Terminal 21. I recommend this hotel for 100% and will come back without any doubt.

I absolutely love this hotel! The room was perfect—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The view was beautiful, making the stay even more relaxing. I had dinner at the hotel restaurant and it was really good—great food and excellent service. The location is also super convenient, especially with Terminal 21 Mall just a short walk away. Highly recommend!

Good location and new clean hotel. Suitable for couple.Location is near to terminal 21 just 5min walking distance. 10min to beach. Suitable for me due I likes shopping more than beach. Room is clean and the bed was comfortable. 711 just beside hotel. 24th floor swimming pool good for photo. Special thanks you the manager Mark Siow to solve my problem during my stay. Housekeeping named fern provide excellent service and deco for my anniversary. Happy to see her everyday with her nice smiling face and her beautiful tight hair. Thanks reception Ivy upgrade my room and da make a fast checkout for me. Sure I’m visit Akara pattaya again.

Cleanliness: first access room terrible of musty smell, but staff quickly used spray in room. Location : if you drive I think avoid rush hrs at front of terminal 21 traffic always jams. Service : quiet good just some of staff take same elevator, when access they said nothing. Restaurant, Chinese head chef kind he ask heat up dim sum for me, restaurant reception also friendly. Amenities: everything great except no paper sleeper only white sandals which it quite dirty, when check in front lady told us, if go to swimming pool must wear it, The condition need to be cleaned. Toilet weird design, you will see shower area then toilet bowl inside, when someone shower, the floor wet, this is dangerous for slippery. Must say hotel doing great for breakfast, you should not skip breakfast.

Clean room with a nice infinity pool, toilet is spacious. staff are very friendly too . Will stay again

Loved my stay at this hotel! Everybody was so friendly and let me feel at home and welcome. Good location near terminal 21, infinty pool with great view, rooms very clean and very good beds… I will come back for sure. For me the best hotel i ever stayed in Thailand. Thanks to the lovely staff.

It is new hotel, everything is very good except the basic room is a bit small for 5 stars hotel. My room view is very good as it direct to the sea. Breakfast is varieties of food. Hotel price is affordable. Location is near Terminal21 shopping mall and surrounding with many shops. It is well worth for money with this price. Staffs also very kind.
