There is a design in the room and in the all other public places at hotel, that makes a good feeling of high quality hotel. But, the room had a specific odour of wet wool or something, so experience was not excellent. Another annoying thing was in long coming hot water in the shower. By the way hotel has a good kind stuff, especially I liked lady manager at the 24th floor’s pool. The team of bar at 24th floor made everything to become my staying comfortable and pleasant, so they received 6 of 5. The breakfast probably is the best that I have had for all my 11 trips to Thailand. The best solution was to make breakfast from 6 am to 1 pm. That’s incredibly helpful for people who like to have party in Pattaya.

This hotel is seriously awesome! The service is great and staff members are incredibly attentive to guests needs, the weather etc not much room for misunderstanding! There is a cool rooftop bar and infinity pool where they play GOOD house music daily and they also have live DJ's performing in the evening! The location is great super close to Payatta Beach and tourist attractions! Hotel drinks are a little pricey so if you're not careful you can accumulate a hefty bill upon checkout! I will stay here again, everytime for sure and I very much recommend staying here!

If you like Party and the swimming pool with view is your priority, this hotel is the right place. If you are looking for a quiet vacation, relaxing….please go somewhere else.

Really liked this hotel. Central, although a fair walk or short taxi ride from walking street. Great views. Plenty on hand locally. Great service. Nice cafe and restaurant. Good breakfast.

I have been using this hotel often for 5 years. It was a pity that I was not assigned the room I wanted this time. However, the staff was kind and clean, and everything was perfect, but I feel that the hotel is getting a little bit old.

Always happy to stay here, all staff are cheerful. During my check in, staff just remind me this is my 15th stay at this hotel, unfortunately they dont have any loyalty program but they always enhance their facilities and service like upgraded swimming at top floor, renovation the mid floor swimming pool…last but not the least they extend breakfast time till to 1pm, this is a good news for those party guys 😂
