It's a great option, near by the beach the breakfast really worth it, I recommend to get those rooms with windows

Excellent location, comfort stay , walkable distance to beach, nearby many indian restaurant, Jai jainendra restaurant is 5 mnts walkable , best pure vegetarian food.

2 points i would like the Bella Express management to look into. 1) the internet connection you provided is pathetic and useless. we had very tough time in booking our tickets, researching the attractions and going thru youtube for our next destinatiin reviews etc. 2) rooms walls are probably so thin that, we hear lot of noise, shoutings, songs, screamings throughout night from other rooms & corridor. otherwise, location and staff are good.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a truly exceptional experience. Although the hotel has been around for some time, it has been superbly maintained. The cleanliness was impeccable, which made my stay incredibly comfortable and pleasant. What stood out most was the service. The staff were not only courteous but went above and beyond to ensure that every need was met. From the warm welcome at check-in to their helpful recommendations and prompt assistance with any requests, their attention to detail and genuine care made a significant difference to my stay. The location is also a major plus—it's conveniently situated near all the local shops, so everything you need is just a short walk away. Additionally, the hotel features a very spacious parking lot, which was a huge advantage and made coming and going a breeze. Overall, the combination of top-notch cleanliness, exceptional service, and a prime location makes this hotel a standout choice. I’m already looking forward to my next visit and will definitely be returning. Highly recommended!

Only one good thing is location. Room is dirty with dust and so noisy. You can hear the noise of next room and corridor sound. Building is old. Wifi was not working. So you need to buy extra data for internet usage.

When we first checked in, we were put in the old building and the rooms weren’t the best. The hotel upgraded me to the new building with a room double the size with pool view. The hotel is clean and in a good location. Not much noise on a night as it is set back from the busy streets.

I checked in at 7 p.m., but a room wasn't clean. I waited for a long time for their clean. a room look old. when I checked a room list, it hasn't a lot of things in a room like on their list. it so noise. a room is not soundproof. if want a place for relax. this hotel is inappropriate เช็คอินตอน 19.00 น. แต่ห้องพักไม่สะอาด รอทำความสะอาดนานมาก ห้องพักดูเก่า เมื่อตรวจสอบรายการห้องพัก พบว่าไม่มีอะไรในห้องเหมือนในรายการ เสียงดังมาก ห้องพักไม่เก็บเสียง หากต้องการสถานที่พักผ่อน โรงแรมนี้ไม่เหมาะสม

recently stayed at this hotel and was very impressed with how well it’s maintained. Even though it’s an older property, the rooms are in excellent condition and very clean. If you need a toothbrush, just call the front desk and they’ll bring one to your room quickly. The hotel has a diverse mix of guests, including many from the Indian community, which added a lively atmosphere. The spacious parking and nice swimming pool were also great. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. I look forward to returning.

Comfortable hotel. Big pool, close to the shopping malls and beach. Just only 1.5 km to walking street Pattaya

They charged 300 baht extra at hotel. Staff poor in communication skills, rude and ignorant.
