Land Royal Residence recensioner

Well maintained residence type hotel. Don't expect hotel experience, but it's a good value for money. There is lift, swimming pool, 24 hr reception. Daily house keeping. The room had wardrobe, chair, sofa seat, fridge, hair dryer, utensils, TV, and balcony. Located in quite area and 1km from walking street. You need to pay a small deposit which is completely refundable based on certain conditions

Hotel nice but Can hear hear all noise from street motorists

Avoid this hotel!! worst accommodation we ever stayed. Lot of mosquitoes and didn’t even had hot water!! Basic things are missing, lot of things are broken. If you close the door there is a fee ;) very rude stay and even after calling multiple times they don’t even respond and reception just hangs up your phone. Here staff are so rude they don’t even make an effort to understand what you are saying. One simple word it come as cheap compared to other hotels, but not worth it even for a hour stay!!!

lot of dust under the bed, and pretty much everywhere in the room, stains in curtains. Drain in shower and behind toilet very dirty. Old and used shampoo from other guest still in room, garbage from other guest in drawer. Leftover of old food on the balcony, also dirty table and chairs on balcony. Generally low standards for cleaning. Sauna had a rice cooker for heating, that’s so unprofessional. I not recommend it for anyone who care about cleaning and welfare.

Good location and the price is moderate. The rooms are very clean.

Hotel is very nice for the cheap price we paid for it. Swimming Pool and laundry on site, with fresh towels delivered daily. Would stay again.

It's okay but no Hot shower, and TV not working 😭
