Was very nice place good food and room

The zign villa is one of the older ones in the group. The only check-in lobby is not air-conditioned and the attitude of the counter staff needs to be improved! It is recommended to book a sea room on the high floor of the zign hotel opposite

Hotel location is convenient . Staffs are friendly . But hotel is not clean

Very descent and recommendable . Not far from the sea and the bungalows are big

The AC are very loud, not only my room but also my friend’s room. At first I was staying in another room however I needed to changed the room because the door was not closed tightly, the people could open from the outside. Moreover the water in the toilet bowl was running down all the time. So I requested the staff to change the room and then I got to change. Once I got into the new room, the AC was also loud but not as loud as the previous room, so it was fine. However this new room, seemed like the maid did not clean at all, finding the hair on the bed, the part of the broom was on the floor and also some dust and dirt all over the room even in the bathroom. The toilet was stinky at the first time I flush the toilet bowl, the internet did not work well, I needed to called the staff at least 3 times to get it fix but still the reception was still on and off.

The room is big and suitable for family & kids. Room needs be touch up and maintenance. Found dusty headboard.

Nice hotel in good location with fully service-minded staff, surely go back again.

體驗感超級差！一進房間，空調就像發動機一樣響，晚上等人來修最後又給換房間，本人有睡眠障礙，定的時候要求就是安靜，結果給我安排換到臨街的房間，隔壁酒吧蹦迪到晚上1:30，讓換房間説都住滿了，我咋不相信有10%住滿的呢。明明修理工還説的換到另外一個房間。並且房間也臭，有咖喱味，應該是剛剛有人在裏面待過。床單也差，床也差，一層床單下面就是床墊膠袋。本來定了2晚，早上早餐也差，西紅柿和黃瓜都有一點壞了。直接吃完就退房了，服務員也不問原因，告知下不能退款就完事了，我説了句房間太吵，人家也不答話。兼職是太好的服務了

住很多次了，夠平靜

酒店外观不錯，拍照很美。但衛生有代改善。洗手间微大，但欠實用性。房間有梯級，有小孩和老人一起，不推薦住這里。
