Great place to stay and very good costumer service

Good service,clean rooms but has bit problems with the AC. They serve good breakfast buffet. Its near bars and night life. We enjoyed the pool. Thank you

On my first day arriving in Pattaya. The hotel is situated in the heart of Pattaya massage parlors, local shops, bars, clubs, restaurants, and big shopping malls. Especially Central Pattaya Shopping Mall, a 5-minute walk away, has a great food supermarket there where you can buy everything you can imagine or need. Amazing restaurants too. It took 4 minutes to walk to the beach road and enjoy a swim in the sea. On the main road, you can jump on any shuttle car to either Pattaya North or South to Jomtien easily. But it can be a little nosy at night due to the lively nightlife. The hotel was lovely. Ideal. It was only when I got there, that I noticed this was a popular hotel where mostly Indian tourists like to stay. No bathroom slippers were provided in the room. Being high up, my room had a reasonable, something of a nice sea view. The balcony size was okay too. Sadly, I was told the swimming pool was on the 6th and then the 7th floor by staff, but strangely, I saw a Pool sign and walked around in circles, not finding it. So I gave it a miss. I tried going on the Hotel WiFi using my laptop, but after several malicious threats instantly and hackers trying to attack my computer, I closed it immediately and just used my phone. Sometimes, I found when entering the lift to go to my room, the external glass doors of the entrance to the apartments were wedged open, making it a security risk! They should be closed at all times for the customer's safety and protection. Or people from the street side can just walk in! But overall, I did enjoy staying here. The staff spoke English and were very helpful and friendly.

Excellent near beach and Indian restaurant

From the moment of arrival the check in administering staff were very frantic and abrupt and I was informed that my booking for the room I selected was not available and was shown a different room to inspect and that would have been fine but unfortunately the door to that room was faulty and insecure so I was offered a smaller room for one night and transferred theto another room the next day. This room was fine although the it was on the ground floor pool level and the toilet had an odur of foul smelling of sewerage. Also the telephone in the room was faulty so I informed the staff and was told that there was no cable connection and apologised but never fixed the problem which was not allowing me to call reception nor order any room service food from the menu provided. Also every morning I was woken up by very loud noise of construction equipment that were renovating the pool ground floor toilet amenities and change rooms for pool facilities and the amount of grinding going on and all the dust created was floating directly into the pool water that I refused to swim in the pool with all this now contaminated water full of construction grinding of plaster and concrete meters from the pool. I did stay 16 days on because I pre-paid online for my accommodation at this establishment and it was pointless to relocate. So this was my experiences at this Hotel in Pattaya Beach. If you asked me would I likely rebook an other stay here, the answer would be definitely NOT.

A really good place to stay if you want to enjoy Pattaya, close to the beach and the walking street, also there is a 7-11 in-front of the hotel, and a lot more. I recommend it👌

Nice clean hotel central in pattaya. Gentle staff. Perfekt for short stay

I would like to thank ( Gift ) as I had problem in opening My door 🚪. She is very kind to help out on the opening. Also she took some trouble to manage to find me the conversion 🔌 plug. I thanks again for this opportunity.

Location was the main reason for my stay. Few steps to the beach and also Central Festival, of course anything you need was always around. The room was small but with a big comfy bed. The ceiling was a bit too low, I’m 5’9” and the can reached the ceiling standing up. Now the bathroom was ok with great hot shower but no exhaust fan or window, so all smells passed through the room to the window outside. The breakfast was good. No gym but have swimming pool. If you’re not too picky then this would be fine for 1-2 nights if the price is right.

Location is good, near to eateries, beach, night market, shopping mall and shops But quite noisy in the midnight as there are many pubs around Everything is good except for the door access system, sometimes we find it difficult to unlock it

The rooms overlooking the street are noisy from the bars, so don't expect to sleep before 2.30am Other than that, everything is good

Service is excellent & were informed upfront of some temporary inconvenience due to upgrading

We had a good time staying in Sunrise Hotel and Residences. Upon check-in our room was upgraded and the room was big and spacious good for 3 people. It was a 5 min walk to Pattaya Beach and very closed to Central Pattaya and Pattaya Night Market. Highly recommended this hotel.
