Very well organised health resorts for such a big place. Clean,tidy friendly staffs. We would recommend anyone to stay there. We will stay there again when we visit Pattaya.

The hotel stay was good and the bed was better than Holiday Inn. The Thyme coffee shop is a good treat. The checkout was not as expected - they are more concerned that we have stolen an item in the hotel room, which then gives a negative experience of the hotel. The customer experience is bad at checkout with very unhappy staff. Do you financially penalize staff if procedures are not followed. Even at the coffee shop, you had to pay before you finished the coffee.

The room is very clean and the colors are stylish. It's a comfortable room. × The breakfast quality is terrible. There are few varieties and the quality of the food is below 3 stars. This is the first time I've had such a bad hotel breakfast. × The reception is also of low standard. Not what you'd expect from a 5-star hotel. They give little explanation and ignore the people waiting. No smiles. The massage receptionist asked me loudly what my name was and my voice echoed through the hall. It was like a Thai market tout. Not a 5-star hotel.

suitable with family and friends trip. big room nice bed and bath. staffs was so nice. they have a huge massage zone that you should to try⛱️☀️ 2 pool for adult and kids .

Greatest service comes from staff that taking care us for the whole trip. The only thing I would suggest is changing amenities to the better grade and wish to have full amenities like toothbrush in room. Towel is quite old.

This hotel offers a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere, complemented by an excellent swimming pool. The ambiance is serene and peaceful, situated in a secluded location minimizing traffic noise.

Staff very warm and friendly, restaurant is delicious, room is clean, the only problem was the noise proven is not good, can hear people walking through corridor clearly in the evening, especially when they were talking

Live at 620 and 619 rooms. All night noise from air conditioning, can not sleep. Kids room ask money for after 15 minutes gaming.

The room still has dust and hairs from last guests the shower a bit dirty and leak of water

This place is just amazing!! From the moment you arrive you enter an atmosphere of peace, the employees are very friendly. The facilities exceed any expectations you might have. Very spacious room with a large bathroom. The bed was huge and we could sleep wonderfully. Not a single noise. We enjoyed the back pool and had a drink on the sun loungers. Breakfast was varied and they do have an egg counter where customized eggs can be ordered. We had a lot of rest and would have liked to have stayed more days, so we hope to be back soon.

I love this hotel. Very convenient to go around Pattaya as well as good facilities and delicious breakfast.

Great vibe, good breakfast, hygiene and clean. Feels like a5 stars resort just a distance to the beeches.

Room has balcony. Room spacious. Clean. Aircon powerful. Shower hot water strong and comfortable. WiFi very very good. Swimming pool nice. Breakfast food average. Staff service EXCELLENT. would like to compliment these staff for their good service: Reception staff : Ms Proud Ms Wanvisa GSE staff : Ms Laddawan Breakfast staff : Ms Payearat Bellboy staff : Mr Anuwat (very good service) And I didn't get the manager name. He was on duty on 22 March 2025 around 428 pm around the reception area. His service was excellent. Of course there were many other staff with good service (e.g. housekeeping staff)

Excellent service, from bell boy, buggy man, staff at breakfast place & the pool bar, reception desk, you always feel welcome at this resort. Amazing salt water pool to mention.
