B2 South Pattaya Premier Hotel recensioner

overall everything’s great for me. The location is good. We stayed for 2 days. Room was clean, and they also cleaned the room and change towel when we went outside, but we only got 1 keycard. I also expected could get a toothbrush but didn't, but that's okay, plenty of 7-11s to buy. One thing I took into consideration was that the bathroom glass was a bit transparent, luckily I was with my family, really weird if we had to stay with friends 🫣

Good location, nice comfy bed,hot shower and clean room. Check was very good,but the check out took too long,but happy with the hotel

It's a modern local hotel chain but not my preference even at the economical price. There were a series of little problematic things that would prevent me from booking again. The property is behind the city electrical sub station and on a busy part time for South Pattaya road so easy to miss and a long way to turn around. There was some difficulty and delay checking in. The internet log in was a challenge and despite asking for help still had to figure out on my own. Despite being adjacent to the electrical sub station, they still lost power my last day, a huge explosion on the telephone pole as an insulator blew up, then several hours to repair, so I left early lugging my suitcase down 5 flights of stairs. So not for me.

The hotel is about 15 minutes walk from the beach. The closet seven eleven is 8 minutes walk.

Ummm staff is not that smiley and friendly but the room is great just don’t have toothbrush and toothpaste for you, the bed was okay nothing special here. Not far from the Walking Street and the beach

A cute place located not far from the most famous 7/11 in the city

The hotel is good for budget Travelers you can save money and the location is great this hotel is close to restos and bars. But I will not recommend this if you drive a car as the area is so traffic specially during rush hours. The parking of the hotel is great they can accommodate many vehicles. The rooms are not as tidy as you think, but it's good enough for a quick trip in Pattaya. I will definitely book again in this hotel.

I have stayed in the property for 3 days as I had booked it before my trip. To be honest location was good but their service was worst. Reception phone dose not work, lift under maintenance and more worst was that, while checking out they deny to give my deposit money back saying that I smoked in the room where as I am non smoker, so my question to them was if I smoked in the room then why did the fire alarm dint ring and why are charging me 500? You should charge me 5000 Baht for smoking in the hotel premises. So it literally seemed to me that they don’t give back your deposit by giving you any nonsense reason. And they have also taken back the deposit slip by making me sign on it and have not even returned the money.

I enjoyed my trip to Pattaya and the rooms were clean and comfortable.Its affordable and a nice hotel

Great stay at B2 South Pattaya Premier Hotel! Clean, modern, and in a great location. The room was comfy, staff was helpful, and everything went smoothly. Highly recommend!

The bed was hard and uneven, making it uncomfortable to sleep on. Additionally, the bedspread had visible blood stains, which was highly unpleasant. Although we stayed only for a night and managed to get through it, this experience was disappointing. I would not visit again or recommend this place to anyone.
