Jag har en gäst att se...om jag ville ta min gäst till rummet hade jag betalat 500Bhatt extra...mycket oförskämt svar från receptionen

Det enda med detta hotell är läget. Platsen är på en mycket bekväm plats, om du är där för att besöka Pattaya-stranden och gågatan. Annat än att hotellet har ingenting. Noll bekvämligheter och noll service. Inte ens en papperslåda. Och rummet var fullt av kackerlackor. Kackerlackor var överallt inklusive även på sängen. Den övergripande upplevelsen var superdålig. Jag skulle inte rekommendera detta hotell till någon alls eftersom du kan bättre hotell under det pris som detta hotell erbjuder. Så det är en förlust på alla sätt.

Big older hotel. Clean rooms. Mediocre gym few free weights. Roof Pool is nice and clean. 500 thb for a lost card. 2nd room card is 500 cash deposit. Great location walking distance to coin laundry, good Sophon night food market.

I strongly advise against staying at this hotel due to its subpar service and overall experience. From the moment you check in, you'll encounter a receptionist who exudes an unwarranted arrogance, as if they own the place. Upon entering your room, you're greeted by a musty smell and outdated furniture that leaves much to be desired. To make matters worse, there’s an alarming presence of cockroaches, I counted six during my stay. If you're planning a visit during the week, think twice, as the hotel feels eerily empty, my Thursday arrival revealed hardly any other guests until the weekend. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

Okok hotel location is good .hotel is not clean especially the bathroom service and housekeeping too bad too. Breakfast is good rest Okok hotel . Nothing great about it

1st room with no window like jail than change room. Cockroaches in room #508. Break fast mostly items rice. Very far from attractions, food restaurants. Pool okay but 6 pm closing time. They are charging 500B for breakfast but the items not worth .

BUGS! Within first hour killing bugs. Tried to change room and management chuckled and just sent someone to spray for cockroaches which just made them scatter more. Tried to refund second night and was denied. Spent nights killing bugs. Shower- takes 5 minutes to get warm (no hot). WiFi - have to do a login to an account every time you come back to hotel and every device has to have different passwords. Never had good connection. Amenities- no tissue, no razor, no slippers, no power outlet on other side of bed, no pen and paper, no second key for my wife. You get toothbrush and hairdryer (that’s it) Breakfast - Do not buy! Nothing fresh, food not refilled, even coffee was terrible. Said western food but I guess that’s just the toast because no ham no bacon no sausage. Just balogne that taste like water. You can get really good breakfast at nearby restaurants. The only thing that was decent was the location but we happily staying nearby at 3 star hotel which is much better. Oh I forgot the amenity of an ashtray but can’t smoke. YAY. Additionally I paid for canal view and got parking lot and city view. Hmm. I have to say it’s better to stay in a hostel than this place. The rooftop access takes you to dark hallways with no lights and an indoor room with views and windows but it’s used as storage and locked. Don’t know why there’s still signage about going to the “roof”.

Affordable hotel with excellent location. Walking street and any other fun is nearby. Advice for accommodation only. Breakfast is poor, rice only. I give 7/10

Best hotel in the area

One of the worst hotel. Cheap on budget. Cockroaches found in room and toilet. Breakfast food is cold, even the soup is cold,tastes bad, flies flying around fruits. Staff are untrained, started eating in front of guests during breakfast. Hotel looks dull and old. Not same as what shown in pictures.

This is a great hotel with excellent service. The staff are friendly, and it is close to Pattaya's tourist attractions, making it a perfect place for relaxation

Very disappointing – not a real 5-star experience I had high expectations for this hotel, especially since it advertises itself as a 5-star property. Unfortunately, the experience fell far short. Many of the amenities listed on the website were unavailable: the rooftop hall was closed, the pool area was also shut down, and the swimming pool had very limited opening hours – none of which matched what was promised online. The rooms were also quite underwhelming and did not reflect the photos shown on the website. Overall, the hotel failed to deliver the quality and comfort one would expect from a 5-star establishment. The only positive aspect was the staff. The employees were friendly and helpful, but I believe this is more a reflection of the local culture, where people are naturally kind and welcoming, rather than the hotel’s service quality. I would not recommend this hotel. It was disappointing and definitely not worth

When we book the boutique city hotel they will give room in boutique bravo. Beware of that.
