Front desk staff were professional and friendly. The beds were comfortable, but the pillows could be better, although its probably hard to please everyone. The only thing i dont like about the hotel is the pool area is very small and the price to stay is a little high.

Nice property. Reception staff are awful and very rude. But the bell staff are nice.  Housekeeping are very friendly as well as the pool bar service. Location is good, except for the annoying motorbike ***** at the entrance. They will not allow other motorbikes to pick us up at the front of the property. They intimidate other writers to park elsewhere making us walk further.

I am a solo travel and this hotel is amazing!!

Not clean, not quiet, pool with so much chemicals… not nice staff and expensive

We didn’t request for 2 single bed so we have to wait for changing the bed but the staff was so nice gave us 4 welcome drinks to relax at swimming pool. Also when we got room , we asked for more water and he gave us more 5 bottles ☺️ and said that we can get unlimited. The location is very good near Buakhao market , room nice and clean. I love the shower, water is very strong. Bed so comfortable.

Hotel Amber Pattaya always is my first choice when i travel to Pattaya! Best hotel for me so far.

Second stay at the Amber hotel and I will say that it was even more enjoyable than the first. Fantastic staff, especially Ben on the door, his welcome every day was really appreciated. Room was great, also maid service was spot on. Great breakfast and pool area. This hotel is a great recommendation if you’re looking for somewhere to stay in the area.
