Good area to stay near 711 and the city, big room and very nice design.

New facilities, friendly staffs, overall satisfied. The location is a little bit far from Pattaya downtown so recommended to rent a car or motor bike. Nice place!

Nice hotel, nice room and pretty modern with good location

This a new hotel or at least the cleanliness would suggest that. It has quality fitting throughout. The swimming pool is good and the view towards Jomtein is good. There is many qualilty bars aroung the area along with restaurants. In this hotel I got there 4 hours before check-in, however I went to leave my luggage there, but I was provided with a room anyway. Great service and reception staff speak good English.

Smelly room, got a new one, next to the noisy elevator. Next to the main road, but not much noise from the street if you stay at the back side.

Looks recent at first side but very old towels, loud airco, bad isolation (can hear the cars) and staff service is poor

It’s a newly building hotel. Room is very clean but park lots is very less.

Nice location near many cafe and beach But parking little space

Great location that’s a 10 minute walk to the beach & 10 minute drive to Pattaya Central & it’d directly behind the big Buddha temple & garden. There’s also a great gym close by that’s a 2 minute walk away. Service here was unbelievable & Nena was at reception was friendly and great dealing with any requests I had to make. The hotel is on the main road which can get very noisy during the day but you don’t hear any noise when your balcony door is closed. If you do want peace & quiet I would suggest getting a garden facing room

If you are a light sleeper, rooms facing the street will be very noisy for you
