The hotel was lovely, but there is room for improvement, especially in maintaining the standards expected of a 5-star resort. The poolside service was lacking, as there was no staff available to take orders, which was disappointing. On the other hand, the room cleaning was excellent and met expectations. The breakfast, while decent, could benefit from more variety to enhance the dining experience. Overall, it was a very good stay, but a few adjustments could elevate it to truly match the 5-star resort experience.

The facilities are great and service from the staff is good. The view of the pool and beach of the hotel was the highlight during our stay in pattaya. However, you can see that the hotel room amentities is a bit old and used for a long time. The breakfast options are quite limitied and quality is so-so. The location is a bit far to the city centre as well, but just walking distance to jomtien beach. Other than that, everything is good and definitely worth-staying when you are in pattaya. It was a great experience to stay here during new year countdown.

Service is meet to standard with located next to beach, easy to walk. Room clean and tidy standard as well as amenity is very nice smell, breakfast is variety and quality. Once choice to return it again .

Good place

The hotel is located beautiful place which has nice ocean view. The weather is not good when I stayed but the atmosphere there was so good. The hotel staffs were so kind, break fast wsd so nice and people who was staying there was quiet. I will recommend family's stay too.

Not bad but could be better. So if ask my opinion, there could better hotel somewhere but this is value for money

This was a second time we have stayed in this hotel. Very friendly and polite staffs. I think the government kindly developed the beach by loading a huge amount of sands around the hotel area. That make the guest can walk to the beach directly to public area and some restaurants nearby

Nice quiet area of Jomtien away from Pattaya. Aesthetically pleasing pool area. Breakfast was good and enjoyed a later end time at weekends. All the staff have that amazing Thai hospitality with a smile always.
