I have a been a long time customer to this hotel for the past 8 years because the staff service is impeccable. The location is very good with free one way shuttle service to three major malls in Pattaya.

It was a wonderful stay at Aster Hotel and Residence. The hotel was clean and the cleaning staff did their job well. The staff is friendly and courteous. Mr. Pukky in particular always tried to help me. Receptionists, bellmen & room attendant always greet and all smiles up. A welcoming feelings. Room amenities were all sufficient, handy with a washing machine in room definitely, toilet came with bidet and installed spray. Standing shower and a bathtub to soak after a long hot day in Pattaya, walking distance to almost everywhere, there’s 2 711 convenient stores, a few massage shops and food store nearby. Wouldn’t blink an eyes to book aster hotel should I ever visit Pattaya again.
