Then, before the end of the stay in the hotel, I was surprised that a gentleman who was told or appeared to be a manager or Supervisor who wears glasses and has poor vision told me that you have to pay an additional amount. The amount that was paid through the application was 200 baht. I was surprised why I was being forced to pay an additional amount, and I was unable to reach an understanding with the person. Finally, I explained to her that there was no problem with the amount, but the problem was in the treatment and manner. He justified that the amount that was taken was under the pretext of not informing the hotel two days before. Or a day before that, I wanted an extension, and I already told him the reception and they told me that it is okay. You will sit in the same room and you do not need to change, but the master ordered me that I did not come to the hotel to the reception and did not report the information that the room had been renovated.
