It is a nice place for stay with comfortable rooms , beautiful swimming pool and very delicious breakfast. You can enjoy sight seen of Jomten beach from balcony of room . We enjoy here .

super close to beach and nervy every thing. worth my money and even got upgraded with free breakfast. even the breakfast is good. amazing service

Overall is good, worth for the money. Easy access to the beaches. Nearby got massage and 7-11. If you look for affordable stay can choose this hotel. Breakfast is basic, I suggest you can book without breakfast and eat outside.

The hotel is great value overlooking the beach with sea breeze early in the morning. Breakfast is always good value.

Bay Beach Resort has been my home for the entire month of November 2024. I cannot praise this hotel enough. The staff, in every department, were extremely attentive - nothing was too much trouble for them. Breakfast was really good, the location of the hotel is ideal, and my room was just perfect. Highly recommended.

the service of the entire hotel is the worst. Even a youth hostel has better customer service. The worst thing was I extended by one more day after 4 nights and accidentally while booking selected 2 instead of 1 adult and 2 children and the hotel breakfast coupon said 2 instead of 3, the waiter whose name is Yuth came after me while getting breakfast and kept telling me to pay 150 for my child and was very rude. They told me to go to the front desk and sort it out. They were talking amongst themselves in Thai and he had this smirk like he was happy to have caught me and his coworker lady who had greeted me wonderfully for the last 4 days for breakfast had a sour face too. My child ended up only eating half a croissant and A watermelon slice. the experience was just too bad, my kids didn’t want to eat too after the confrontation . Location is not too good either. Far from everything. 7-11 nearby is the only good thing about staying in this hotel. WiFi is bad , had to keep trying to connect to different networks. They don’t help you with the luggage while checking in or out or even show you which building or elevator you are supposed to use. Everyone just sits on their chairs. They are very friendly only if you don’t need any help or have any problems to sort out. It looks like a bunch of college kids and some tired old people with no hospitality training are running this otherwise wonderful hotel.

Good value for money. Location at the quieter end of Jomtien Beach so good for relaxation but not night entertainment. Plenty of shops and restaurants around and easy access to beach with sunbeds across the road. Staff kind and helpful. You would need to translate via your phone with front desk for anything other than simple requests. Breakfast was basic but suitable and included in room price.

The hotel is always crowded during our stay. There were tour groups constantly coming and leaving.

The tour groups from China are making too much noisy and rude, I don’t feel comfortable to stay. But all of workers are very nice and polite.

Reccomend it, quiet, clean, good service, good view, have good restaurant food, near Beach. Very good breakfast. Good location.
