Sammantaget var det en blandad upplevelse. Den största höjdpunkten på detta hotell är dess utmärkta läge. Det är bekvämt nära restauranger, barer och spa, vilket gör det enkelt att utforska Pattayas livliga atmosfär. Om platsen är din prioritet, har detta hotell dig täckt. Personalen var vänlig och välkomnande, alltid redo att hjälpa till med alla förfrågningar. Deras positiva attityd bidrog definitivt till vistelsen. Rummet självt var anständigt men hade vissa problem. På den positiva sidan var det en fantastisk plats på hotellet, som erbjuder enkel tillgång till närliggande attraktioner. Men jag stötte på en kackerlacka i rummet, vilket var en besvikelse. Det är något som hotellledningen bör ta itu med för att säkerställa en bättre upplevelse för framtida gäster. Dessutom, medan TV:n och telefonen i rummet inte fungerade, var detta inte ett stort problem för mig eftersom jag inte behövde dem mycket. Ändå, för dem som förlitar sig på dessa bekvämligheter, kan det vara en besvikelse. Frukosten var bara okej - inte dåligt, men inte heller minnesvärd. Det finns utrymme för förbättringar, särskilt om de vill erbjuda gästerna en mer tillfredsställande start på dagen.

Good overall, good size room, location, service and facilties, away from from the noise yet a stone throw from amenities, beach..

The hotel has a great location near Central Pattaya — I really enjoyed the shopping there. However, I would like to mention that the air conditioner in my room took quite a while to cool the room. It could be improved for a more comfortable stay.

The tissue paper used up not replace in the next day. The WiFi not in good quality and expired before your check out time.

The hotel was great! The Aircon leaves abit to be desired but definitely is better than nothing. One of our rooms had a faulty Aircon unit which turned out to be a compress fault, but they moved us into a different room with working Aircon. Great location to one of the main shopping centres and right next door to Soi 8. Would highly recommend!

It’s not guest friendly hotel,they will charge you for guest 500bhat even for friend visit to few minutes also you need to pay 500bhat,Internet(Wi-Fi) is worse,Breakfast is below average,not recommend for Indians. But location is very near to beach,staff is friendly.

Hotel Front side beach

First of all the stuff was a bit rude and the room which was given to me looked like a 1star hotel. Rooms looks different from the photos shared online. Overall not a good experience.

Good location and staffs are very kind.swimming on the morning is very cold.

Friendly staff When checking out ,have to wait for more than 15 mins. Can improve on this 7eleven and mall close by ,a plus

We arrived around 8.30 in the morning but got refused to check in until 2 pm in the afternoon. I stayed many other hotels in thailand, philippines, china and most of them allowed me to check in early if rooms are available. But this hotel asked me to pay a significant amount to get early check in.

The hotel is very near to the beach. The staff very friendly and helpful. Only to go to the room in the complex B is a bit difficult the first time because this hotel have two buildings. The pool is very nice and quiet. Besides the hotel is a 7/11 and a small food curt. The interior design is a bit old but clean. I would come a second time again.

The location is super convinient, close to everything. 7-11 is right at next door. The room is very clean. The front door boys are very enthusiastic and helpful. Everything was fine except for the two female receptionists at the front desk. As hotel's facade, we never see them smile to customers. They smile only when they talk to each others. we also hope they don't think helping customers is an extra service as we were refused by asking for transportation help.
