Prima Hotel Pattaya recensioner

Take some rest here for a night, I can not confident to recommend here for few night just a night is enough. Hotel lobby is really nice. Good staff . The pool provided 2 side big one on front side and behind for a kids pool. My room had some smelly. But not much. 4.5/5 for me.

This is a good accommodation and near the Wong Amart Beach, the reception so kindly and always helpful with a smile 😁 And in front of the hotel have a good restaurant there, but in the morning the housekeeping there work so early and make some noise that make us wake up. However, if this can be improved, this place will be a place worth going back to again.✨👌🏻😍

Great located hotel only 5 minutes to Wongamat beach and close to Na Nuklea Road to grab a Tuk Tuk for 10 bht. The rooms are big and clean. There are free snacks in the room and fridge (nuts, Oreo, Fanta + Coke).

Great location, friendly staff, was suprised to see a lot of Russian tourists, overall a great experience.

There is 3 block of hotel. ( swimming pool block , condominium style block ) Please make sure the block you will stay before booking . Hotel reference photo only show the swimming pool block. Beach that cross road is great . Photo attached Overall hotel is in good location and swimming pool block is nice . We expect to stay swimming pool block coz in photo only show that . But city view is condominiums style block . This is the minus point we experienced Other facility such as kid pool is great !

Good one, the beach is just to across the street. We'll come back here again.

I stayed here for 3 nights. I can say that hotel has beautiful design and architecture, interesting swimming pool idea, good breakfast. BUT after sleeping there first night, I got bites all over my body, room is not clean and clearly has bed bugs that hotel do not take care of. Staff helped me, to move me to another room and I had no problem out there. Now because of those bites I have developed an allergy 2 days later and need to find the way that my clothes and luggage will not get contaminated by bugs and I will not bring then into my house. I would not recommend to stay here!

The hotel is a good size with a large pool. The room was fine with comfy beds. The service from the staff was mixed. The reception and restaurant staff were friendly and helpful, but the car park attendants not so much. We found being told that we could only use the pool ONCE and day was a strange rule. They have a smoking area right outside the hotel entrance, which isn’t very pleasant. This area is also down wind from the open restaurant, so you often get cigarette smoke come into the restaurant.  Our stay was fine, but it didn’t really have a family friendly atmosphere to it.

The staff name Phung at front desk have no respect for the guests and doesn’t know what hospitality is she needs some skills because she don’t know how to handle customers.

Good Service

The room felt outdated and poorly maintained. It wasn’t noise-canceling, so I was constantly disturbed by outside sounds. Cleanliness was another major issue—the room didn’t feel properly cleaned. To top it off, the water heater didn’t work, making showers very uncomfortable. I expected better quality for the price.

Love everything here especially the hotel design. Amazing staff. Cozy room with free minibar.
