Det här är första gången jag skriver en recension för ett hotell hemma och utomlands. Servicepersonalen var riktigt dålig på att städa rummet När vi kom tillbaka till hotellet var rumsdörren öppen att det var bevakning i korridoren och det var bra. På den tiden kollade vi bara att våra ägodelar inte saknades tillbaka mycket sent på natten, fann jag att det inte fanns några badlakan när jag tog en dusch nästa dag. men om du inte har det, hur ska jag hantera det. De sa att de skulle säga upp servitören kom ner och bad om ursäkt. Han sa att han inte städade den dagen innan. Jag trodde att jag skulle ha ett flyg Thai vän att denna typ av sak har hänt många gånger i deras hotell jag har bott på så många hotell i Pattaya och detta hotell är ett mycket frustrerande hotell eftersom ni alla vet att det har hänt träning och låtit sånt här hända många gånger?

Det var inte alls det rum jag ville ha Pengarna jag betalade tillbaka till staden. Rummet han gav mig var ett rum utan utsikt alls plattformen debiterade mig 350 MYR! ! grop

Smutsig, rörig och osmaklig frukost är alla indiska matvanor.

I'll first start by saying that the staff at breakfast were great. Everyone was very nice. However, it needs to be said that the Beachfront room that I stayed in smelled horrible. I had housekeeping spray airfreshner, but it didn't last long. I ended up buying my own airfreshner at 711. I'll just leave it at that.

Very good. Very like the buffer breakfast and very clean. Nice location

3rd year running staying in this hotel. Amenities appear outdated but in good workingcondition. A foul smell when you open the basin tap each time but goes off after a short while. Buffet breakfast has a good spread with one live egg station but gets stale after 2 days and the menu has not changed for the past 3 years. The beachfront location is excellent though within easy reach of places of interests.

So beautiful hotel in everything the stuff and design and the cleaning and the stuff cleaning the room 10/10

The hotel is located on the strip beside the beach. Location wise is excellent as it is just beside the big Hilton. There is free underground parking. Upon arrival, was greeted by a rude staff who shout at me when I ask if she can help me check in. Land of the smile lost in translation there. The hotel is pretty old as sign of aging is apparent. The air con make a weird noise so that needed looking into. They need a deposit for things in the room. Which I suggest that they can take the useless stuff in there away as it serves no purpose other than slowing down my check out time.

Enjoyed our stay here. Rooms were great and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good with a large selection of foods on offer every day.

After breakfast I had a short morning walk. In that time, the hotel cleaning service went through my bags and stole my money. The hotel offered no recourse. DO NOT STAY here unless you want criminals going through all of your belonging. Before I even notified any of the hotel staff of what happened, I walked past the cleaning lady. She looks me right in the eye and said “it wasn’t me”. …Breakfast was ok, but leaves little to be desired.

I had an excellent stay here and friendly staff. The room was big and clean. Great location directly on beach road and closes to lots of shopping and restaurants.

It’s good that located by the beach road. The hotel is old and some towels are dirty. Free breakfast was good for the first day, but I got tired of the low quality of food for the rest of other days. I am hoping that the hotel improves better, otherwise I would go somewhere else when I visit there.

Very helpful staff. Clean rooms. Location by the beech and central to Pattaya. Good value for the price we payed.
