Natural Beach Hotel Pattaya recensioner

The room I had was comfortable. Bed is comfy. Cleaned when requested. Nice balcony. AC was strong and new. Plus a fan. 1 min walk to beach road. Friendly staff. I will definitely stay again.

A well located hotel but the equipment is very old, and what's more they ask for a deposit, seriously!

FRAUD WARNING: This is an older property. Pool and hotel maintenence is an issue but that is reflected in the price. The poor management is not. There is no elevator and noone who worked there offered to help carry our bags up and down the stairs. As you pass through the lobby, no employees will smile or say hi to you, and when you check out, there are hidden fees that make it necessary for them to keep your BHT 500 deposit. We were told that the water in the fridge and the coffee packets, left in the room, were part of a mini-bar. We were charged more than BHT 300 for that. They spring this on you as your taxi waits outside and then pretend they don't speak English.

Certain key staff very unfriendly and incompetent. The rooms are badly in need of renovation.

房間沒有打掃，沒有電梯，有些插口沒有電，晚上沒有熱水，無線網絡很差，上不了網，非常差的體驗.員工看到客人丟失物品沒有給客人.非常差的體驗😂😂😂

價格:很合適每天泰銖800B。 位置:不在地圖上靠海邊的位置而是需要往裡麪走20米，我照片拍的方向是海邊方向。 設施:比較老舊，沒有電梯衹有步梯，最高四層，房卡很笨重（用來取電），實際開門的是鑰匙（開門鎖門視頻有展示，單身女性或者膽小人士不建議住這種房門防禦低的酒店），每次出來我都會把鑰匙放在前台讓老闆保管。 不提供牙刷牙膏￣沐浴露￣洗髮露￣拖鞋￣吹風機， 提供浴巾兩條￣一塊小香皂，不過樓下小超市有賣沐浴露洗髮露洗衣粉香皂還有薯片雪糕。

芭提雅海邊酒店很多，這一家太老舊的，最主要是房間光線陰暗，設施簡陋，真心不建議入住。

一個沒有任何酒店服務的廉價酒店，入住需要交500B按金，沒有電梯，用幾十年前的那種鑰匙開門。更奇葩的是密碼箱無密碼，需要去前台拿鑰匙開關，鑰匙如果掉了需要賠償酒店200美元。酒店老闆是印度人，旅客如果在酒店有任何意外，印度老闆會找出很多的理由來推脱責任。
