Хорший отель. Очень хорошее соотношение цена и качество. До пляжа 20 минут пешком, до парома 15. Большие номера, чистое постельное белье, хороший кондиционер

Локация хорошая. Старый отель как будто с историей. Номера требует ремонта. Но в целом норм. Но вот персонал может зайти без стука к вам в номер открыв своим ключом - это дико выбесило

Dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed. The management at this hotel needs to be changed. The hotel has a bad rat problem, new feces every day in the room. The place stank of perfumes to cover up the stink. The employees seem unhappy and over worked. Bad location, must walk about 1 km on busy street to get to restaurants.

Got a deluxe room. Certainly a little tired, but for the price, I really couldn't grumble. Decent television, hot water in shower, and reasonable size room. Others mentioned grumpy staff in their revi, but they seemed fine. On the whole good value for the very reasonable rate. N.B. got a cheaper rate through the hotel's own website

There is no LIFT or help with bags. The pool is not clean. I paid extra for Supreme room. My neighbour paid extra for Deluxe room. We both got brown old Standard room (photo’s added) overlooking car park. I complained until my emails were ignored. Half hotel (overlooking garden) is probably quite nice and refurbished. The other half including my room (309) is dirty, run down, old and disappointing.

Well located on a quiet side street to the main Pra Tam Nak boulevard. The place is rather welcoming until you reach the Front Desk where the staff will leave you standing for endless minutes, hook they are on their cell phone.. Nobody seems to speak any English but a photo of your booking does make things happen.. Functional and clean room, tiny outdated bathroom and pleasant natural day light. Good for a short stay

If you want to have your worst experience, definitely stay in this hotel. We were a group of 6 friends who stayed in this hotel for only one night and it was the worst experience for us. The staff is very rude, the photos of the rooms are completely different from the photos on the website, the rooms are very dirty, the service is terrible, there is no censorship and the pool is small and the location is far from everything.

This was one of the worst hotels in my life and I left early in the morning. The room photo did not match the advertising photos at all. Look at the photo of the bathroom. How can this be in a normal hotel? This is not dirt, it cannot be washed off, perhaps it was left by previous tenants to take revenge for the uncomfortable stay. The photo is real. All the accompanying feelings were also present. The night staff selectively understands people with English and does not help with requests. The stay was filled with severe discomfort. I strongly do not recommend visiting this hotel.

A lovely resort with friendly staff very clean lovely restaurant on site with a great cheap breakfast. Really enjoyed my stay there Great location I slept like a log there. would highly recommend this boutique hotel

Thanks to the hotel staff for taking good care of our requirements. The property location is so beautiful and the way Mr. Sham has maintained the property is too amazing. We loved the ambience, food, service, and the way staff treated us. Overall it was a beautiful and a lovely experience of 3 days at the property. A really good to go place 🫰😊 Thank you once again to the whole team. 🙌❣️

Не берите этот отель. Дыра полнейшая. Нет никаких условий. Читали отзывы когда его брали, ну думали нам то только помытся и переночевать, но даже для таких условий не подошёл. Не первый раз в Паттайе, но такого ещё не видели, а цена совсем за этот тур не дешёвая Мебель убитая, на балконе не возможно сидеть, куча мелких муравьёв, два раза ящерица белого цвета забегала. Завтраки полный отстой, шведского столакусочками бекона сухим и очень тонким и сухим, омлет, хлопья и бульон какой то И НА ЭТОМ ВСЁ. Сок только апельсиновый, вода и кофе. Из фруктов только две дольки арбуза размером реально как спичечный коробок. Вот такой завтрак на который втечении 12 дней проживания сходили 2 раза. До моря далеко, но мы каждый день ходили, но обратно идти в гору тяжеловато. Сам отель расположен в глуши, где не ходят Тук Туки и темнота в округе как в трущёбе какой-то. В соседнем доме постоянно лают собаки, слышемость в комнате такая, как будто входной двери нет. На сколько мы не привередливые и никогда не писали отзывы, здесь просто нельзя не написать. НЕ БЕРИТЕ ЭТОТ ОТЕЛЬ.
