We sincerely appreciate your recognition of our amenities, cleanliness, and service, all of which you rated very highly. It is particularly encouraging to know that you found our breakfast to be better than many other hotels in the area, enjoyed the swimming pool and shower facilities, and appreciated the convenience of having shops nearby. At the same time, we are truly sorry that certain aspects of your stay did not meet the expectations you had for a five-star hotel, particularly regarding the value of the accommodation and the level of comfort and privacy you experienced. We take your comments regarding sound insulation very seriously. Maintaining a high standard across these areas is extremely important to us, and it is reassuring to know that these aspects of your stay were able to contribute positively to your overall experience. We also appreciate your comments regarding our surroundings. One of the characteristics of the Pratamnak area is its balance between a more peaceful atmosphere and convenient access to local restaurants, shops, and the seaside. We are pleased that you enjoyed the fresh air and the convenience of having several shops within easy reach, even though we understand that the surrounding environment may not have completely matched your expectations.Thank you once again for sharing your experience with such openness.
