You are right - our hotel is located in the peaceful area of Pattaya city but it takes only a few minutes to the city center. The carpark is provided in front of the hotel. However, regarding on the Breakfast case, after investigation, please understand that we do inform every guest the operating hour of Breakfast service and location of the restaurant during check-in time. However, if you grabbed the key and left to your room immediately without listening to our front desk team, this may lead to missing these information. Regarding on the minibar, we did incorrectly charged you for minibar and we immediately asked the check-out guest whether the guest wants the refund on the product. The guest said she would try it and no need to refund so we brought the unconsumed product to the guest.
