The location is perfect which in the centre of every where. Breakfast is great too !!!staff is help and nice

The location of Shambhala Hotel Pattaya is not so convenient but room price is competitive. In general, the bed is comfortable. However, the one-off items including toothbrush are not readily provided and we had to request for it. Another thing is, we encountered mosquitos and other little bugs moving around the room. This is not acceptable and the hotel should strive to improve this.

The room have some dusk and the water pressure in shower room is little low. The location is good with indoor and outdoor carpark. The services is good.

Clean, good looking hotel. Service is attentive. The hotel is located a bit further away from the main road so less noise from motorbikes. Within 20 minutes walking to most main tourist areas.

The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable but the room wasn’t very soundproof. I could hear the noise from the neighboring room, like chairs being dragged, as well as noise from the room above throughout the stay. The service staff was excellent.

4 min walk to Big C.for shopping groceries. Fit for people don't like "overcrowded tourists". Rooms are clean and tidy, budget worth.
