Perfect facilities with free drink and snacks. The view is great and the service is excellent

Hotel looks really cool but the water park close a little too early (7pm written but actually 6pm), no welcome drink when you arrive. Hotel is very big and crowded, had a big queue for the check in.

Two downside are the hotel is not close to the beach and far away to Koh larn. The cleanliness and staff service was great. Comfortable bed. Nice view from balcony. Food was ok. The pool and water park area was ok. In my opinion, I hope this area could be bigger.

It’s very good hotel for spending family time!!!

We left one souvenir in our room while checkout, the souvenir was given by a French couple. We went back to the hotel the next day to ask if they kept it, unfortunately nothing found. The last seen was in the hotel room so very confirm that we left it inside the room while checkout.

All staffs are positive attitude, good, intensive care with kindly gentle for all of moments including with all activities, that’s good, such as water park, lifeguard is very well and nice to suggest for safety to me and my friend too. I certainly recommend to my family to have nice experience here.

Great facilities for kids, spectacular swimming pool and lots of water games, got lots of PS5 😁  Variety of foods and desserts, serving cuisines of eastern, western and authentic Thai food 👍🏻 Highly recommended 😉

Excellent services, delicious food and so many photo spots.

breakfast is fine, places are ok, this is my third time visit of the hotel. however, its not suitable for swimming during x'mas which is a big holiday. it is preferable to include some hot spring facilities or hot pool for the kids so that it will not be too freezing when enter the water during these seasons. also, the kids room can be renovated, as it is all the same from the first time visit three years back until now. and there were a lot of other nationalities which were quite smelly. there's no discrimination at all, i just would like to point out to improve the ventilation systems. the welcoming birthday gift is great!
