Stayed for two nights. It was a hotel with very good service. All staff were polite. But I have a little fault. The second night, the maid cleaned and changed the sheets for me. (But I still found a little dirt. I want you to check the cleanliness, especially the pillowcase and sheets. There is a stain on the pillowcase.) Everything service, food is complete, very good. Very good service.

Definitely will choose this hotel again for the next Thai trip! The staff were very friendly and helpful (we arrived at early morning and the manager helped us a lot with checking in) And they have exclusive swimming pool( with ocean view) which I have to say, Probably the best view/service swimming pool among hotels in Pattaya. The room is tidy and cozy, with chocolate gifts prepared everyday putting in the bed:))Wonderful experience😌强烈推荐这家旅馆，房间服务员工非常好，游泳池也非常棒😁

房費不帶早飯，非常不方便，2000多的房費不划算。
房酒店很老，但是保養的還湊合。
服務很好，每天有水果和巧克力。
去711要打車，位置一般，吃飯必須在酒店吃。
酒店活動少。

設施有些老舊，客人少，沙灘風景很不錯衹有一個泳池，有一對美國老年夫婦從早上湯倒在海灘邊的椅子上曬一身的橫肉，他們在的一大半泳池以及周圍不允許別人在邊上活動，態度十分蠻橫霸道，不讓我們在海灘邊上擺造型拍照。雖然為了海邊的肚皮舞造型拍照還有三分鐘就能完成和那對美國老年夫妻好聲商量，他們卻十分蠻橫喊來了服務員一直驅逐的語氣趕我們走。確實很令人費解。一直到了最後皇家連鎖的集團總經理過來致歉打招呼但是最終給我的印象卻很糟糕。

酒店特別棒，在度假村裡，環境特別好，有私人海灘。房間很大，設備全，有兩個陽台一個在客廳，另一個在卧室。我去的時候是工作日也沒有很多人 所以感到特別private。酒店服務特別好，Welcome Drink 有好多菜單可以選。離市中心不遠，下次回去肯定再去住這裏～
