Zone Connect Resort in Lansdowne offers a serene retreat with stunning views, comfortable rooms, and_ excellent hospitality. The peaceful surroundings and well-maintained amenities make it perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff is attentive, and the food is delightful. Highly recommended for a rejuvenating experience.

Great experience......planing for our next vacation.....staffs behavior is good....when you enter the hotel they welcome you with a special welcome drink...rooms are very specious......and bath rooms are very clean and fitted with new products...and view wise it is great.....

We stayed here for two nights and overall experiencw was good. Extremelly good property rooms are neat and clean great experience staying here with family. Need abit improvement in food quality apart from this satisfued with the services.

Lovely resort. private balcony with every room. a swimming pool. Garden with modern seating. one more large garden with himalayan view. courteous staff ready to help and welcome the guests in every way. Has lovely view of snowcapped mountains.

It was totally mesmerising stay over here. Very supportive staff, food was awesome, GM Prashant guided us very well. I will definitely recommend this property to our known. Totally natural place, Himalayan view points are mind blowing…..

Worth using the resort. In true sense an eco and sustainable resort. All been spread out in pine tree jungle without cutting the trees. Rest others like behaviour of staff is very good , responsive, and supportive. Good to mention here about its approachable location with Lansdown main area as it is not in the city nor very far away from th city. Over all stay was very good and taking away some good memories of the place and resort. 👍👍👍

If you are planning to visit Lansdowne then Zone Connect by the Park is a good choice for your stay. A beautiful resort that serves as a perfect spot for a family vacation. We stayed in their luxe room that had a beautiful hill view. The room was clean , spacious and aesthetically done. The restaurant has good variety of food and Indian dishes are really amazing. I particularly liked the Himalayan view point where you can sit and relax in the calm and serene atmosphere. The team is kind and humble and always willing to help. Surely a must visit.

Best place to stay in lansdowne, excellent hospitality by whole staff, all were professionals in field from food to gardening. Greenery all around. View from hilltop in premises was amazing.thanks to manager mr. Prashant and his whole team to make our stay pleasant and memorable. I would like to mention some name specially javed & kuldeep for food services , head cook sandeep for delicious mouth watering food,gajendra ji and pooja ji for maintenance of greenery and flowers all around us, bhagat, anil and ajay for our room services.Nice stay with good company of people and other guests there. That was our second time there and definitely will stay there next time. Thanks once again to all to make our stay of 2 weeks pleasant and memorable.

The place originally was Hotel Ivy Green recently acquired by The park group. It's still a little rough around the edges. The housekeeping needs a major push. Staff to be trained not to use stained bed and bath linen. Bath mats usually missed. Skirting in the bathrooms is coming off and needs refurbishment. Parquet floorings in the rooms can be changed. Areas around the bed usually missed while cleaning. The parking can be a challenge if the property is running at full occupancy. The hotel is a walk about 200mts uphill but overlooks the valley so the valley views are pretty. Housekeeping as of now is available on request. The property should be up and running at full speed once the Park takes full control The restaurant and service staff is the major plus. They go out of their way for the guests. Food is good however buffet is operational when the occupancy is decent. Would I go back? Yes dor the views and the food. I would be happy if housekeeping staff is trained
