Our stay at the hotel was amazing . The location of all the cottages were excellent and the calm and quiet sorrouding enhances its beauty, All the staff were helpful and courteous. Zaved who attended us in the restaurant should recieve special mention for his coutiousness and help. Thank you Zone connect for this experience. Hope to visit again

It was splendid experience at zone connect by the park Lansdowne. Very relaxing pleace... We enjoyed each n every moment and each n every pleace of this resort. I will definitely recommend this place to my family and friends.

Had a wonderful stay at Zone Connect by The Park, Lansdowne! The property is beautiful, rooms are clean with great views, and the staff is warm and attentive. Loved the food and peaceful vibe. Perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommended!

The Rooms are Humid and unfortunately they don't have Air conditioner in any of the rooms. Staff is somehow not friendly. Food is good. They don't have the access to the road you need to park the vehicle and then walk for 200 meters to access the hotel. They need the renovation and need to train the staff

Lansdowne is a regimental town.It is a picture perfect town.Absolutely neat & clean.Colonial architecture,markets,lanes & bylanes,full of sagas of valor and courage.Enroute Landowne,just couple of kilometres from the main town is this resort named Z connect by the Park.One has to park the vehicle downstairs on the roadside and have to walk across a village to reach at the reception.Check in is swift.Our's was a family room with two balconies.One facing the resort and the other one facing mountains.Both had sitting areas.There's a swimming pool to beat the heat.No air conditioners in the room.Only coolers.We were told that since weather keeps on changing and also it becomes cooler after 3 PM. No high tea,no bar,no spa. The resort remains laid back until dinner. Guests arrive for dinner at a garden type open space near the restaurant,overlooking the mountains, weather becomes cooler, things start changing, music starts buzzing. One can sit & enjoy one's dinner at the balcony too on a swinging couch overlooking the activities as they serve buffet in the room too.

I recently stayed at your property, from 22 may to 24 may, with my friends and family approx 9 rooms and I want to share my feedback regarding the experience. Unfortunately, my stay did not meet expectations due to the following issues: The room was not clean upon arrival, with visible dust and stains on the bedding. at the time of billing thay charge over extra and not showing menu food is not meet with price, service charge also add in billing which is not as per rule . Unfortunately, the quality of the food did not meet expectations These problems significantly affected my comfort and overall experience. I had expected a higher standard of service, especially given the price of your establishment. I hope you take this feedback seriously and use it to improve your services for future guests.

Disappointing experience at this 3-star hotel: 1. Non-AC room not disclosed 2. Non-functional TV 3. Sticky room floor 4. Limited breakfast options with subpar food quality 5. Unfriendly manager and staff Overall, didn't meet expectations for a 3-star hotel.

Zone Connect Resort in Lansdowne offers a serene retreat with stunning views, comfortable rooms, and_ excellent hospitality. The peaceful surroundings and well-maintained amenities make it perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff is attentive, and the food is delightful. Highly recommended for a rejuvenating experience.
