The Garden Beach Hotel

Let's start with the main thing - this is definitely not a five-star hotel The staff is trying, but it's not enough. The hotel has practically no lobby, if you don't count two not-so-clean couches. The rooms Old, the bathroom stinks very bad at night, during the day the smell is less but at night it is impossible to enter. Toilets by the pool are dirty, poo on the floor, vomiting in sink and in hotel teritory - this is what I saw in 6 days. The beach is not bad, but the sand is full of cigarettes, plastic bottle caps and other trash. All activities end already at 24.00, the beer in the bar seems to be non-alcoholic, the cocktails are warm every ice cube must be begged from the bartenders. Main restaurant - dirty tables, chairs, glasses, etc. During the stay, several guests suffered from stomach problems when we were there. Thank God I survived Hopefully, I will save someone from a to spoiled vacation And one more important thing in my opinion - a lot of tourists from Russia with all the consequences - towels early in the morning on all sunbeds around the pool etc.

The room is so poor, it is so dirty everywhere, lipstick stains on clean towels and moldy smell in the room, phone does not work. I asked a different room but they refused. Minibar is included but it is only a dirty fridge with one water bottle in it. Sad.

Clara and David, We arrived on 31 September 2024 for a 12 night stay, the staff throughout the duration of our holiday were hard working , helpful, thoughtful, polite and attentive at all time to ensure and make everyone’s holiday a pleasurable one. The food on offer was superb and so much variety to chose from to cater for everyone’s taste but would have been nice to see some steamed vegetables on the menu for those who don’t use oil in their diet. The massages , I did have the massages it was amazingly good (not the same as England ) if you want a little pampering, relaxing the hot stone in the middle of your spine so so amazing try it . Gym, I did went to the gym on several occasions but one of the bike doesn’t work, treadmills make a noise when running also the other treadmill suddenly cut out on the incline, overall a little tweaking will solve the problem. The surrounded garden area so lovely ☺️ so much to see. Seeing is believing, would I go back, YES

The hotel does not live up to the presentation. There aren't 3 bars, just one that offers a fairly limited number of drinks. The beach is not sandy, but rather pebbly, at the entrance to the sea there are only pebbles, inside the water there are a lot of "rocks" (huge stones). As soon as we arrived (after almost a whole day of travel by plane and bus) it turned out that they could not accommodate us. They offered an apartment (we were traveling as 2 families together) in which to accommodate the 6 of us for the evening. The next day we were moved to normal sized rooms that could sleep 3 people each (as booked and fully paid in advance). However, the rooms were on the ground floor and therefore had no terraces, i.e. we dried our clothes on the path that everyone from the hotel passed on their way to the restaurant, the reception, entering, exiting... on little sticks that didn't even collect a blouse , let alone a towel. The rooms were damp, smelling stale, unventilated and musty, no matter our best efforts. The staff, with the exception of 2-3 people, were terribly angry that we were there and resting. The sunbeds, both at the pool and on the beach, were not in line with the capacity of the hotel and were not enough, they were reserved from early in the morning and no one monitored their use (there were notices in 2 languages ​​that if no one used the reserved sunbed for an hour , the towel is retracted and the lounger is released). Bed linen was not changed once during a 7-day stay. All the coffee, juice and water machines were shutting off at certain times or not charging enough. I'll stop here, but I could write more. Positives: Food was sufficient and tasty, cleaned every day. I do NOT recommend this hotel.
