Kahya Resort Aqua & Spa

I enjoyed stay in this resort. Hotel and rooms were clean also reception was helpful. Food was good. Everything was great but in relation peogram, I expected more. I recommend for family.

The restaurant was really good and tasty. Also rooms were clean and personel was kind and helpful. I really enjoyed my time here.

This is my second time in this wonderful resort. Relaxing holiday and a great place to stay at. Tasty food and wonderful atmosphere. Would go back multiple times.

Our recent stay at Kahya Resort Aqua and Spa in Antalya was extremely disappointing, to the point that we cut our holiday short and returned home early. Room Issues: We were persuaded to upgrade to a larger room, but the experience was far from what we paid for. The air conditioning barely worked, and we had to call maintenance repeatedly just to get some relief from the heat. On top of this, the room had ants. When we reported it, reception was not only unhelpful but outright rude over the phone. We were assured the issue had been resolved, only to find ants back again soon after. To make matters worse, the bathroom door lock didn’t even work — an unacceptable oversight in a family resort. Food and Dining: The food quality was well below expectations. The buffet was chaotic, with no system for seating — instead, it was a stressful “free for all,” with what felt like hundreds of guests scrambling for tables at the same time. This was especially unpleasant with three young children. The restaurant also lacked basics such as a toaster, which just highlights how poorly thought-out the dining experience was. Service and Overall Impression: Guest relations staff were the only positive, as they at least listened and tried to help, but they were clearly limited in what they could do. The reception staff, on the other hand, were dismissive and rude, which only added to our frustration. In the end, the problems with the room, the food, and the overall lack of care from the hotel left us with no option but to contact BA Holidays, who thankfully arranged for us to return home earlier than planned. This was not a relaxing or enjoyable holiday by any stretch. For the price and the promises, Kahya Resort Aqua and Spa fell far short — I would strongly advise looking elsewhere.

I left behind in my room my Armani watch, Apple iPods and a set of car and house keys. The hotel acknowledged this but would not return them to me by post despite my acceptance for the cost of this and insisted that I return to Turkey and collect my possessions. I then asked the hotel to take photos of my items so that I could make an insurance claim but I have not received a single reply to my request that was made weeks ago.

The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Dirty, fighting for sunbeds, the same food every day, the restaurant stinks, and the rooms aren't cleaned.
