We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! It's not too big, which makes it feel cozy and comfortable – just the right size. Everything you need is close by, so you don’t have to walk far to get to the pool, restaurant, or the beach. The food was really good. The rooms were cleaned regularly and always looked fresh. Our kids loved the kids’ club – there were lots of fun activities to keep them entertained. The evening shows were also a great way to end the day – fun, lively, and something different each night. We truly enjoyed our holiday and would happily come back!

The worst hotel ever! At the first day we haven't got our room. The second day we were robbed by room cleaner. She broken my locker and stole 200 euros. On day 4 we all family and friends - total 8 people, were felt very sick after we ate some hotel food. The all hotel team seemed to be not very happy, their behaviour was upsetting us. Also to find a space to lay down by the swimming pool is mission impossible. Form 7am all already taken, towels was left on the sunbeds. Therefore the city not so nice. Very poor environment and nothing to see there. Also at the hotel they not making any cocktails. Internet not working until you pay for it. I will never ever recommend this hotel to anyone. Please take my experience seriously and don't go there.

Starting off, the hotel staff were not friendly. The hotel lacks organization, and cleanliness is a major issue—many areas are dirty, and the rooms are cleaned half-heartedly. The food is always the same; there's nothing new, and I wouldn't be surprised if it's reheated for the next day. The bars are disappointing, with only a few cocktail options, and you can't get water unless it's from a machine. The dishes aren't clean either. The animators make no effort to keep things interesting and barely speak English. Overall, the entire hotel staff struggles with English. The gym is missing equipment, and you're not allowed to exchange towels. The beach is covered with large stones, making it very easy to get injured. In short, the food is a health hazard, the place is dirty, no one speaks English, the drinks are bad with very few choices. The only good thing they offer is a Thai massage.

The advantages of the hotel 1. Big pool + pool with slides + beach front 2. Animation team is very friendly, funny and engaging 3. Very cute cats are living in the hotel’s territory Disadvantages 1. The food is tasteless 2. Reception staff needs training on how to deliver an appropriate costumer service 3. As a couple we booked a double bedroom but received a family room of four beds which for two persons is a bit too much of a space 4. Ultra all inclusive should include at least one sort of alcohol which is known worldwide, however, there was only local cheap drinks. Wine tasted horrible 5. Spa area need a renovation, we were glad that we went outside the hotel for the hanmam experience Overall, this hotel is not a five star, I would say three. Never been happier to come back home from a holiday since for the last four days staying there I received a food poisoning and was feeling very unwell.

Water in bottle dont’t have if you want you must go to fill in glass i think this is minus becauae is very very hot . Second reason very passive look if you have some issue some like room problema or ect. And very very need reconstrucion becauae all over hotel is old .
