Unfortunately in our opinion this hotel is a good 3 star hotel not a 4. We booked an apartment with a sea view. We were given one with the view completely obstructed with buildings and trees, they did move us immediately but this did mean we had to move all our stuff up one floor (including the travel cot) by ourselves and with 2 young children this was a very disrupted start. So the issue was resolved and we did get a free bottle of bubbly and finally had a lovely view (room 4506). The beds were comfortable, showers fine but there was a constant sewage smell in the bathroom. We also didn’t have hot water one day. The breakfast is probably the best thing. Great selection of food and the omelette guy was great. It gets very busy and a couple of days we didn’t get coffee because the queue for the 2 machines was so long. There is no bar or area to sit and have a nice drink in an evening. There is a snack bar next to the pool and that’s it. The kids entertainment team work really hard, but the entertainment is in a basement room with no bar during the children’s session (from what we can tell). It did open for the adult evening. The main pool is small and crowded and people are constantly smoking. We complained twice, as having small children we didn’t want to sit round the pool. Lots of no smoking signs but completely disregarded and no enforcement. There is a 2nd pool area which is quiet but the pool is too deep to swim with kids. So we mainly spent our time at the beach. The location of the hotel is great. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. We were bed and breakfast so didn’t eat at any other time. It was great to have an apartment with kids, but that was really the only positive to the hotel. We unfortunately wouldn’t return.

We were here in 2019 in the first time and it was amazing (I think it was Seramar hotel in these days) , nice staff, room, pleasant atmosphere, simple everything is amazing. Hotel is in nice quiet location near the sea. Now in 2024 in May I was a little disappointed. Staff a atmosphere was professional, but cold. Only few of staff are nice here. The room was nice and clean. Bed was high and has wheels and really hard to stop them - it leads to some funny moments. Food was good, sometimes missed label (especially with sauces), sometimes a little bit oily and lukewarm. Large selection of meals, vegetables, fruits and sweets. Drink menu in snack bar and wine list in restaurant is only by QR codes (not too much friendly with older people, f.e. my parents dont have compatible mobile phones and do not know languages so well) For now I dont know what to think about our stay. I love Peguera for the first sight but this was too much different from the first time and Im not sure that in better way. Next time we probably try another hotel in this area.

50th birthday trip, we cancelled 3 days in advance, to date, from one email we were told we would not get a refund of app€800. A young family that saved the year to make the trip. Just told in one email they were keeping our money. It’s just illegal

Stayed for one week hotel is clean, food is good quite a varied selection. All inclusive bar area by pool is really not great to be honest people filling water bottles from machine which they were drinking from touching water tap unhygienic not good at all.Also crisps and cookies taken out of containers with hands, dangerous slippy floor with people coming into bar we saw a woman fall on wet floor luckily never hurt herself. The entertainment is none existent unless you play cards, no music no atmosphere in bar area. Bar staff were very busy and work hard cleaning staff also work hard not saying its a bad hotel but never stayed in a place with zero going on the atmosphere definitely needs sorting it was quite depressing.

Staff and cleanliness excellent, Food and drinks good for an all inclusive, bar snacks were sandwhiches, crisps nuts fruit and ice creams. Tea and coffe in rooms. As with everything nowadays cutbacks have to be made and they have done well by buying yogurt in bulk, and making puddings smaller but are still adequate. Yes the pools are quite small but there is another one in the apartment block which was always quiet. Didn't use the spa pool as the doors were kept shut and it was too hot in there. Pool towels for hire at reception. I think they could cut back even more by only changing room towels every other day and having wipe clean table cloths or glass tops on tables in resturant as their laundry bill must be horrendous. The Hotel manager was always out and about saying Hola. Short walk to the beaches which were clean. Entertainment staff always about but not in your face. Yes it is situated in the German part of Majorca and was mainly German guests but this wasn't a problem at all especially as it was D Day whilst we were there. Overall a lovely relaxing week.

Myself and my daughter spent a week here starting the 26th September. On entering the hotel reception, you can see that it's a 4 star hotel. However that's where it ended. Our room was spotlessly clean,not a speck of dust anywhere, full credit to the house keeping team. The pool area is far to small for the size off the hotel. Food was average. The snacks during the day was sandwiches and fruit in a fridge by the bar,not what we were expecting from other reviews. Bar area is cold and uninviting, no comfortable seating or music in the back ground. Only one person working at the bar. Queued for 30 minutes most nights,then to be served your drink in plastic cups. No nice seating outside in the evening only a few chairs that had been used during the day and tables never cleaned. Cant comment on the entertainment as this was in a room under the dining room,strange place to have it. As it was the end of the season it didn't seem to have enough staff. Therefore in the dining room,you helped yourselves to beer and bottles of wine,and often there were no clean cups or cutlery. Wouldn't recommend this hotel.
