Un desastre todo.

Our stay was excellent, we received a warm welcome with a complimentary drink. Our room was very clean with a beautiful view. All the staff were very friendly and all the amenities were very clean . The food was outstanding and all tastes were catered for . There was entertainment in the evening along with a game of bingo , both very entertaining.

An amazing hotel, very friendly and helpful staff, food is wonderful, pool a delight. A nice class of guest who bother to dress up for the evening meal. You won’t find any football shirts or tracky bottoms here thank goodness. Rooms were spacious with a lovely view of the pool. 5 minute walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely go again. All guests and staff very respectful of each other. Nightly entertainment was fun. A very chilled and relaxed stay. Thank you. 😀

The highlight of this hotel definitely has to be the super friendly staff, they were always happy to chat and went out of their way to be welcoming and attentive. Shout outs to Max, Sebastian and Laura especially but all of the staff were wonderful! The hotel also kindly gifted me a bottle of cava and cake for my birthday whilst I was away which was very thoughtful. The food is of excellent standard, we went half board and the range of foods on offer and themed nights kept things varied and interesting for our seven night stay so that we only went outside of the hotel for one night for dinner. The entertainment offered was really fun and was busy every night we were there which helped create a bit of a buzz and fun! We did not have any issues getting a sunbed by the pool however I could see at peak time e.g school holidays this being a bit trickier. The prices at the bar for drinks were reasonable and actually a lot cheaper I felt than other resorts/hotels. Our room was spotlessly clean and good air con. The toilets in the room are slightly see through so whilst this was not a problem for us the hotel did give the opportunity to upgrade to a junior suite room which may help if you don’t feel comfortable with this! The hotel is handily located for nearby shops, restaurants and a 5 minute walk to the beach which was great to mix things up from the pool! All in all this was a fabulous stay which I would highly recommend and would love to go back!!

This hotel is superb. We booked it because the reviews were so amazing. And so they should be! The service is impeccable, the staff so friendly, polite and professional. I came with my mum and 17 year old daughter, there was every age here, which I loved! Breakfasts are fantastic. Only here for 4 days and ate evening meal once and it was lovely. Lots of variety - our eve was Asian night, fabulous sushi too! But there was plenty of other food if that’s not your bag, you could have eaten 5 different meals if you wanted 🤣 Miguel and his staff excellent. In fact front of house, bars, cleaners - couldn’t fault. The thing to realise, this is a fairly small and compact hotel, facilities are excellent and the care and attention exceeds most hotels of the same level anywhere. If you want sprawling pools and rows and rows of sunbeds, loads of activities - don’t come it’s not that type of hotel. Evening entertainment is mixed! But fun nonetheless! We advance booked 2 days Bali beds, they gave us a 3rd day free - the little things 😍 If you like lovely surroundings, modern, contemporary design, an upmarket feel, you will get this here. First class stay, thank you thank you!Boynes will be back!

Really top class hotel, very friendly. Good food and very clean. It’s a hotel I would recommend, to anyone plus it’s set in a very nice resort. The staff were excellent and very very friendly, from the staff on reception to the young girls organising the entertainment.
