The place is decently designed – the breakfast was delicious, the pool was large and clean, and the rooms were tidy. We really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere at first. However, during our stay, money was stolen from our safety box on two consecutive days, which was very upsetting. When we informed the owner, she said that she holds the only key to the safety box and that no one could have accessed it. She was too defensive and inconsiderate in our opinion. She did mention we could go to the police and file a report, but there was no real support or sense of responsibility from the her side. Because of this incident, we decided to check out early, even though we had three nights left. We no longer felt safe staying there. It’s a shame – the place itself is lovely, but this experience left us very disappointed and uncomfortable and somehow ruined our good time on the island.

Great value for money bungalow set right in the heart of the Island. Accommodation is clean, modern and spacious and the pool and gardens are kept clean and tidy. Breakfast is good and plentiful. Zac and the team friendly and attentive. The en-suite is big and hot water was always available as well as sufficient toiletries.

We enjoyed staying at this small oasis in the middle of Gili Meno so much. It’s close to everything so we just walked but there are also bikes for rent at the hotel. There are just 6 huts with incredibly nice and hospitable staff. Everything is well maintained, clean, comfortable and has a great atmosphere. Our highlight was the breakfast, everything was freshly made and super tasty!

What a really cool and remote place. The staff are lovely, we stayed two nights. It’s nice and cool compare to the seafront. We hired the bikes they offer for 100k in cash only for two days (each). The only downside is the bike’s are a bit tired, the chain fell off mine twice whilst cycling around the island and had to get my hand caked in oil to fix it but it was ok! The pool is very clean and so was the facilities. We would recommend for sure. Eat at Bask on the seafront if you stay here, it’s a 5 minute ride.

The place is amazing..the staff made our experience even better..they are so polite and helpfull..definatelly they deserve a payrise. The location is good..beautiful beaches ..very clean rooms, great service..the guys are unbelievable good and very professional.5* for them..5*'for the accomodation and facilities!

This is a lovely little hotel, only 6 rooms, and in the Centre of the island not on the beach. Has no bar or restaurant but does provide very tasty breakfast. All staff delightful, particularly Raphael the manager who couldn’t be more helpful and kind. Hotel does have a very quiet and peaceful vibe, no music round the pool or alcohol served - so if that’s not for you then maybe look elsewhere. (One point to owner if they read reviews - a kettle in the room would be more useful than a tv I think for most people.) All in all a lovely place, would stay again.

The stay was ok. The bungalows are not in front of the sea, as the most of the other hotels. This means that you have to go by walk to the see for everything, including food. The way to the sea is dark and totally dirty. The bungalow was nice but the door did not close perfectly and also the door of the bathroom was a bit damaged. The bathroom water is salty, that’s why you wash yourself with salty water and it does not look as the same. The breakfast was quite good. Regarding the services of the hotel, we booked a snorkeling tour and it was not so pleasant, the man stayed on the boat and nobody guided us for the snorkeling and it seems to be quite a loss of money (650k). Bikes should be for free. The island is very bad maintained.

Rafael is a wonderful host and manager. We were greeted personally by Rafael, offered an out of this world smoothie and welcomed into our bungalow well before check in time. Rafael speaks great English, is kind and welcoming and a good guy to talk to. He also went over the map of the island and gave us all the tips when visiting Gilis

To begin with, the welcome drinks were the best we have had out of all the hotels we stayed in Indonesia. The explanation of everything was very good and the attention was amazing too. This is a fine establishment, very clean, picturesque and great value for money. I am surprised about the 3 stars as it is more like 4 stars. The breakfast was yummy and coffee was very well presented. A lot of attention to detail and great service. It is also well located and within good distance of the whole island. We were even given a small gesture at the end! Thank you so much, we will definitely stay again if ever back in Gili Meno!
